They came out and explained what was possibly wrong with pump. And so set up time to come fix it.
Got our well up and working again~ Great couple of guys, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Contracted this company to rebuild my well pump after wildfire. The crew that arrived were extremely unprofessional, and tried to leave the job unfinished. A very short time after, a connection failed and the pump started leaking. Called the office and they said they would come out to look at it and that it would most likely be warranty work. The guy came before the agreed upon time, when we weren't home, and fixed the problem without contacting us at all. No surprise that they decided the work wasn't covered under the warranty. They never called or made any attempt to inform us of the cost of repairs, nor did they get our permission to complete them. They charged us almost $200 for what amounted to about 15 minutes of work. Then i discovered that the other homeowners in the area were charged hundreds of dollars less to have their almost identical pumps fixed by this company after the fire. Absolute crooks.
