Don't bother getting quotes from other businesses. The fine folks at Preferred Services not only do phenomenal work, they are professional and enjoyable to work with. Just take a look at these finished photos. My husband and I moved into a pretty grimy rental. Floors were trashed. I wanted to get the floors (hardwood and tile/grout) professionally cleaned so I got quotes. This team won my business and my loyalty. They get the job done and RIGHT!

Gerry is a great guy to work with! I felt very comfortable having him in my home! He is very trustworthy, dedicated, honest and professional! He did a great job on all 3 of my floor surfaces!
