The Worst place to go for any services… I had a Viper Alarm installed and it worked fine for 1 month… went back to have it serviced because the alarm would not activate… this guy is watching You tube videos trying to figure out what to do… Untrained, Un qualified. Unprofessional…! Nightmare…! I suggest you find a trained technician not a Retailer…!
