I got to hold an alligator for my 30th birthday and it was so awesome! They gave us a tour and showed us the different reptile ls they have. The guy seemed to be really experienced and knew what he was talking about. I even got to have a photo with Jay, and he was really nice!

Scummy place that will put their animals in compromising situations for cheap internet clout. This kind of behavior is awful for the hobby, and even worse for the animals. Avoid at all costs, and look for more reputable sources.

It's a pretty Cool place.
They have some nice sized pieces of wood at good prices.
We weren't able to go into the section that you pay to get into, because I had to run, but it was 15 dollar's per person.
It's reasonable, knowing that it costs money to take care of so many animals.

Very very nice and cool place. Love all the staffs are very nice you can see that they love it there. A lot of different reptiles, a really good place to learn. Jay is amazing, the sweetest guy. Been just watching and amazed by his bravery and sincerity taking care of all the animals. I salute you Jay, you can say Im a fan. This place, and Jay made my non-snake lover husband loves them. We had a blast going to this place. We felt welcomed and just everything was amazing.

For my sons 5th birthday we decided to have the Reptile Presentation at our house which worked out great. Our presentation speaker Michael was so informative, patient, and funny.overall just a nice guy. Thanks Michael for making our sons 5th birthday an amazing experience! It was well worth it.

This place should have all of its animals seized. Their animals are not taken care of properly, and some are even being found dead in their enclosures and then quickly being disposed of. Bugs that dont belong in enclosures, over or underweight animals, bad sheds, animals with necrotic rot on their tails or legs.

Don't bring your children here, don't buy their products, do something and report these people to save these animals.

LOVED this place! Knowledge employees who are clearly working their buns off in there! The tortoise feeding areas are super cool and we loved the zoo area. Went in there for some stuff for a new snake I just got and was given some great info. Planning on taking my niece back there to feed the animals and check out some cool reptiles. This place rocks.

The store is nice but it seems they are always out of large feeder rats if I’m lucky they will have large but that rarely happens. I don’t recommend this place for large feeder rats.

Back before social media brought this place so much attention, it was a great store. Not anymore. They need to focus on the animal care instead of selling tickets. Ants everywhere, crawling on the reptiles, their food was covered in them. The tanks were disgusting.

Please heed caution if you go here. During my visit the animals they had on display look good at firat, but looking at them I saw obvious issues with the reptiles in this store. Sore on the animal, bad sheds, and otheres who look incredibly sick but are marked for sale. On top of ants crawling around and in some of the enclosures!

Do your research before coming here and make certain places are taking proper care of thier animals.

This was our 1st time here and we loved it. All the employees were very kind the owners are amazing and funny. They have lots of Reptiles to see with large enclosure

I hoping the horror stories weren't right, but the enclosures are horrible, the chameleons and crested geckos have virtually no humidity, all screen enclosures- and on top of that there was an adult bearded dragon that was in an exhibit enclosure in the store side that I'm pretty sure was dead or close to it.

He had multiple layers of stuck shed, crusted over eyes, missing multiple toes, and a necrotic tip of the tail. I thought about taking a picture to post but I didn't have the heart to.

One of their overcrowded red tailed sliders also had a major neck gash which flies (that were everywhere) were all over.

Definitely not coming back here unfortunately.

Several animal activists and PETA members commented on this place as they do all animal attractions. They are crazy. I’m vegan and I don’t believe anything they say. I didn’t see anything wrong here. Enjoyable.

As an individual with post graduate degrees in reptiles and over a decade experience working in zoos and brweding facilities beforehand, I can honestly say I am disgusted. Unsanitary, cramped, lack of enrichment, and all the local vets know them to be poor breeders. Definitely quantity over quality. Animals have stuck shed, many are needing vet care. Tanks and enclosures are barren. Honestly wondering why such a zoo is even able to operate. Clearly the US system is broken if it allows this level of cruelty to occur in a zoo, pet shop, youtube, etc. Owner needs to up his care or shut it down. I have honestly nevwr been so disgusted in my life

All you need do is scroll through the comments here - every reptile knoweldegable individuals have pointed out the same time and time again and standards have not improved. Only 5 star reviews are from the sight seers who know no better.

$15 a ticket for adults and kids are free. There's much more to see here than you'd imagine.
Alligators, tortoises, plenty of monitor lizards (truly my fave). Highly recommend you check it out.

I received two American Toads from this company to add to my colony in hopes of reproducing them. I was a long distance customer and besides some minor communication errors I received my animals healthy and happy for a reasonable price. I'd suggest others looking for the same species to trust these breeders!

Awesome experience, my kids loved it they couldn't get enough. Really nice place for a party or private viewing if you wish to do so.

Ok for what it is it's 5. Maybe a little pricey but if you need a place to take the kids on an afternoon. It's not bad. I give it 4 stars because it's kind of small and cramped if there are a few people.

Awesome animals on display all pets look healthy and happy beautiful water feature rite as soon as you walk in the door and the zoo is amazing! Decently go check them out if you have time to
