This is simply to say that their custom service is excellent. We spoke to Carlos and he was super nice and polite. We didn’t get service done there bc our truck needed towing back to Big Sur but they let us hang in the parking lot till our ride came. It’s made out super stressful day a bit better with their kindness.

You guys it you havent already been here you should definitely trust carlos and his team they saved me 700 dollars on a job that the dealership failed to do so.honesty is this guys middle name he will never try and gip you the way other macanics do. So if you ever have a car issues please take it to Carlos and his team they will never let you down and have you back on the road faster than you can call your insurance agent thank you again I hope you dig the burrito!

This shop was one stop shop for me very good experience had a check engine light and have not had a inspection and a oil change very long time Carlos was very knowledgeable and help full told me everything wrong with my vehicle left this shop feeling safe and happy this is my shop for now on.

I have been coming to this establishment before Carlos was the manager and even then I always had great service here. It was that time again for a synthetic oil change. And of course I had to pick the Saturday before Memorial Day. I like to call ahead so then I can plan accordingly, but I had went Friday afternoon to see if I could get squeezed in. I ended up taking my car Saturday afternoon and was able to get served quickly. Customer service was friendly as always, which was Carlos.

I spoke to Carlos Ayon in regards to the issue I was having and I was having a hard time to put in words what was going on exactly. He was quick to listen, attentive, ensured that he inspected the car and provided me with the solution and was even kind enough to show me as he explained what needed fixing. He was patient, reliable, quick, and the price was definitely reasonable. I appreciated the transparency and his patience.

In mid-September we brought a car into the shop. It was agreed they would replace the front right wheel speed sensor. First they apparently ordered a wrong part as the car was not ready at the agreed time. When they supposedly finished their job, there was no difference with the car - the warning lights were still on and the car still behaved as before. They said their job is done and that this is all they were paid for.
