Horrible service department. Took vehicle in for replacement of the infotainment unit nearly a year before the warranty was up. Dealer ordered the unit but never contacted me. After months of waiting and failed attempts to get a hold of the service rep by phone i went to the dealer and the rep informed me that they sent the unit back and would need to re-order it. I was never contacted and the new rep blamed it on an employee that left. The part was re-ordered which took several moths again. Now my vehicle warranty had run out. The unit was installed but now my USB ports required for apple car play do not work. Informed dealer. They "claim" they ordered the part. Its been 6 months and i'm still waiting. Went by dealer because they never answer their phones or return messages and the service advisor told me there is not eta on the part. Called GM to inquire on the status an no help there either. At this point i suspect he dealer is just leading me on until i forget about the issue and just pay to have it repaired myself. My advice would be to avoid GM products all together. Ive had nothing but troubles with this vehicle since purchase. GM is the biggest exporter of vehicles built in china so it makes sense. If you still want to take a chance on a GM product do business with a better dealer. This dealership doesn't seem to care about its relationship with its customers. If I could give them a ZERO star review I would.

I recently scheduled a recall appointment to update software and install a fix due to a recall on my 2020 Chevy bolt. The person I spoke with on the phone to schedule was very helpful and got me in the next week. They offered a free Lyft service but I declined since I live close by. The service was faster than they originally stated. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly.

I'm on a road trip and leaking diesel fuel. Pulled in the Nate was able to get me in fast and back on the road after some breakfast. They did a great job.

Received a simple oil change and tire rotation, and when I came back to pick up my car, they had given my car a car wash as well! Great people and very professional

Today we went in to purchase a traverse. John helped us out yesterday as we’re 1 hour away, we did everything by phone and text. We agreed, and went in today to sign. The finance lady was very nice and didn’t push you to a breaking point for additional add ons. Robert at the end of the sale was nice and taught us all the ins and outs. Thanks everyone

Because of the Supply Chain problems my repair took 2 months. No one called me or answered or returned my calls requesting updates during that time.

Working with Francisco was efficient and comfortable for both of us.

"This new car will be mine primarily, yet all of the paperwork was prioritized for Wayne. His name first on all the paperwork, etc. It may seem like a small thing, but after a lifetime of second place, it rankles. "

Poor communication, terrible service. We don't trust the work that was done needed to be done. It took a month of trying to figure out what the heck they were doing. We took the 2018 chevy pick up in because it was running rough like lag then shift then go. We weren't sure what it was? Chevrolet started with new transmission, then a short in a light, then they couldn't program the transmission, to needing new light, new modules to replacing electrical to they still couldn't fix the problem, to socket behind the light has a short, to corroded connection in the electrical harness. Every step of the way we had to call, they wouldn't return our call, so we'd call again. The elephant in the room did the truck even need a transmission almost $10,000.00 dollars latter? The worst customer service we've ever experienced. It felt as they don't know what they're doing.

Very wonderful Staff! My Husband David and I came in today to look/purchase a van. Miguel was very helpful, professional, friendly and polite. We spoke with them both over the phone and at the lot. The manager Nick was also very easy to talk with. Overall great experience.

Originally they quoted me $1500 to swap out the old transmission for a replacement GM reman. (labor only / I had already purchased the new one for $4501 plus taxes). And said it would take one full day.
I sent the GMC DENALI up with a driver from Las Vegas. Well, it took the better part of two days and they said they needed some additional parts (I had already bought the complete reman) and they didn’t have them on hand, even though we had the job scheduled with you.
Anyways, the job labor was over $2,000.
So, the job took twice as long as promised and cost $500 more, and I have not received a single phone call from Nate or anybody else about what type / if any warranty comes with this
$7000 transmission swap.
Does this sound like stellar service to you?
