The work was done well. Make sure to follow-up if early in the process you are told they will call you when to bring the car in. Two weeks went by after the insurance claim was approved. I called and they hadn't done anything with my claim - it fell through the cracks. This is not reflective of work quality - that part I'd rate 5 stars. Just keep on top of it, because they may not. It's a really busy shop.

Daniel Nouri at Premier Coach did an excellent job in getting my Tesla (Model S) repaired and made it look like a brand new car. He was very thorough and efficient when I first took the car for an estimate (had a rear collision). He was patient in explaining the steps and was knowledgeable in outlining the coverage and costs. His follow through and and attention to detail is exceptional. He coordinated all the steps and completed the repair on my Tesla on time. Premier Coach expertly repaired my Porsche 911. Even though my insurance company was dificult to work with, they continued to provide all the paperwork to justify a perfect repair. They were not willing to use the used or after-market parts that the insurance company wanted. Thus, the repair returned the car to good-as-new condition. The manager went beyond to meet me there on a weekend to return the car before I had to travel. Highly recommended!

I've used the Premier Coach Thousand Oaks location successfully several times. This Camarillo branch is worthless since they can't even keep paperwork.
