16My service advisor Natalie Duchemin was outstanding in customer service as well as advice… for a single senior person she explained to me all services, needed services, costs and maybe a way to prevent a huge out of pocket expense in the near future! In the 14 years I have been coming to Kia Carlsbad for service this is the first time I felt there was a real effort to keep me coming back! Thank you Natalie
Always fast efficient, courteous service. Elizabeth was super knowledgeable, friendly and beyond accommodating! Their courtesy Lyft service makes it easy to get to and from work. Every visit has been pleasant. Can't say enough! I recommend making appt online or by phone because yes you actually reach a human without long holds or crazy phone tree. No rip off services, reputable mechanics! Late pick available at Chevrolet dealer next door till 7: 30 p.m. I believe. As you can tell I'm beyond impressed. I've never seen service like this at a car dealership. P. S. You can request complimentary car wash too! Win win kia owners.
Not as good as in the past. Online scheduling worked well, the work on the car seemed to be done properly but the standard of service was a bit unprofessional. I did receive an accurate quote and there were no mistakes on billing, but car was supposed to be ready at a certain time and I received no communication when car was completed. I left several messages asking if car was ready and texted twice. Crickets. I had to get to a meeting at work so we just ended up showing up and hoping the car was completed. It was and was sitting in the parking lot ready from pick up. The representative rolled up late from lunch and pretended like nothing was out of the ordinary. I wasn't a jerk and didn't make a fuss. I just paid and got our car (not worth the aggravation and time).
Look, I want to get my car serviced at Kia for the OEM parts and Kia service training and willing to pay a little more for that. I know the dealerships make a fair amount of their revenue from the service too, but I would just would appreciate a bit more communication and follow up. The service office folks just seemed off or surly - gotta blame management - it starts from the top. Oh and they said they would wash car but didn't: - (. Again, no time to bring it up.
I'll give it another shot - I've gone there for every service except for one oil change, and the past communications were good. Hoping this was just an aberration.
We received wonderful customer service from the whole team! We traded in our Tesla M3 and walked away with a Kia EV9.
The transaction was flawless and the staff were just as friendly to my kiddos who did their best waiting patiently past their dinner.time.

The moment my insurance company informed me that my vehicle was a total loss, I knew Arash would take care of me. I was happy to still have his number saved from my last car buying experience. Once I was ready to car shop, I checked out Premier’s inventory and let him know which vehicles I was interested in. He was kind enough to run a pre-approval for me while I was still at home. I test drove both Niros and decided on the Touring…fingers crossed that I could be able to drive away with the higher end model. Geez, was I surprised to have a 3% less APR then expected! It was pretty painless. Just as my first car buying experience with not only Arash, though also the entire team. Daniel made the contract signing and financial aspect a great experience as well. I was in and out timely, and will only deal with Premier Kia. Even though there’s a Kia dealership 5 minutes away from my home, I’d rather commute from Escondido to Carlsbad to ensure a positive car buying experience. A well ran establishment that makes sure I am in the driver’s seat at all times.
Elizabeth was my service consultant and I have to say she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. 10/10 customer service, thank you so much Elizabeth! Next time I come back I’m going straight to you.

Judt bought a grntly used 2018 Soul so i brought it in to have an update done and a "once over' My service writer was Henry and he was honest, professional and accommodating. I'm glad I found Premier and Henry was really the icing on the cake

Kory was amazing. Super friendly, funny and we carried convos like I was just talking to a friend. Got me my car back before the time promised and even moved it for me to leave because a two truck was blocking me. Your service staff is always so nice and they shop at Trader Joe’s so. Good people, good service and I love my Kia Soul!

Ben was very helpful.but the guy that checked me out when i picked up my car was kinda rude. Refused to help with something i had forgotten to ask Ben to do (just a paperwork request). "you didnt ask Ben to do it, now he is at lunch, and I am not going to do it! "
Also the past 2 visits they did not wash the car (said all the car washers are sick)
Oil change and other things done in a timely matter!
I do suggest making appts via a phone call or the system will put the soonest availability over a month out.even for just an oil change!
