I had an exceptional experience at premiere orthodontist! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the front desk Danielle who made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The waiting area was clean, modern, and inviting.
Dr. Chai and his assistants was fantastic! They were very personable and easy to talk to. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly examined my teeth and make my routine check up for my braces is a breeze. They explained everything to me in detail and gave me personalized recommendations for how to improve my oral health and dealing with braces.
The entire staff at premiere orthodontics was professional and friendly. They made me feel like a valued patient and provided me with top-notch dental care. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a great dentist and braces!

The new doctor they have is a complete a**hole. Don't remember his name, but some younger man. Acted irritated that I was asking questions about a procedure he recommended. He wanted to pull FOUR of my son's teeth out to HOPEFULLY create more space. Didn't feel right. Went to another orthodontist (a more notable practice might I add) who said that pulling all four will not be necessary because he was still young and teeth are still shifting. He was just rude and lacked patience in just properly explaining why pulling all 4 would have made sense. Switched providers ASAP.

We had a FANTASTIC experience in this office with both of our kids. Our two eldest both had braces and straightening, and have recently completed treatment. We are ECSTATIC about the outcomes. The overall treatment was highly affordable and high quality. Throughout the process the staff and doctors have done a fantastic job of keeping us in regular appointment schedules with no misses. Particularly, Celeste was tremendously helpful from start to finish. We greatly appreciate the work done and would highly recommend them to others!

The wait is too long! The visit is only every 2 months and they don’t change the dental rubbers which is way gross!

Based off my experience at premier orthodontics it was absolutely great. I started off with my braces about 2 years ago and every visit feels so welcoming. All staff is very nice and work very well. I would definitely recommend this place to any family and friends for the future!

They are ok. They are normally fast but yesterday they were backed up so we had to wait an extra 25 minutes after our appointment time. I don’t like how their days change when they are available. I wish they were there a constant 5 days a week. Other than that, they are good.

Customer service has been great and Dr Chai is great to inform me what needs to get done for my treatment

From Celeste the practice manager to all assistants and Dr Chai, we couldn’t feel like we were in better hands. Dr. Chai goes the distance to fully explain what we needed and what was going to be done. Thank you so much for helping us through four of my kids ortho experiences.

I had invisalign for a little over 2 years and i just got them off today. The outcome was great i would highly recommend.

Staff is kind, helpful, and very time efficient!
Also it only takes a few minutes till someone calls you in for your appointment so you don’t have to worry about waiting long:)

Everyone from the office staff to the hygienist to the doctors are always very friendly- scheduling’s always a breeze

Premier Orthodontics is a scam. My teeth were always crooked, had gaps, or sticking out. Tried getting better results using braces (additional money) which resulted in an orthodontist changing my wire the last minute to be crooked. I reported the incident and Switched back to Invisalign which resulted in the next orthodontist purposely giving me a GAP and then said I had to pay more to fix it. I originally paid the most expensive plan which covered 5 years. I was livid by the they did not honor the contract and did not refund me for the retainers I never received because I decided they would not get another penny from to fix their unethical intention. In the process of getting all the notes, their staff mistakenly sent me the photoshopped copy of my signatures on different pages in color versus the black and white copy they had sent me prior and had wrong information from their acts of forgery. Company is guilty of forgery, breaking contract for more money, a chipped tooth from the negligence of care from braces. Do not go here. The owner could care less about you. And based off of other reviews on here, they have tried to scam others for additional money based off their contracts as well.

I am a grown adult that goes here not by choice but I love the staff. On both sides, I’ve encountered many different doctors and they all have my teeth at their best interest and communicate very well. And they always have good movies playing.

This place always does a great job when it comes to making each child a priority. Friendly staff and great service.

If you go to this location, the Dentist Assistant Manuel is amazing. He knows what he's doing.
The staff is respectful and polite.

I have been coming here for a few months and never really had problems until today. I came in for my monthly check and the girls were very rude right when I walked in. I had payment problems and had to situate before I had to be seen which I understand so I agreed to reschedule but then they said that they would see me and waited over 20 minutes to be called to the back when people who came in after me got seen right away. After I seen that people who came after me were being seen I decided to ask if I was checked in and one girl had her back completely turned from me as if she was ignoring me and then another girl rudely butted in and said that I would be seen in a few minutes. I then Sat down and waited a couple more minutes before deciding to leave. I have never seen these girls before but they were very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. They should be helping patients instead of worrying about what they’re gonna have for lunch.

I've tried for over a year to get a hold of this office after they did two molds on my daughter. Never did I get a call back or an email back or any type of answer. When I finally got a hold of somebody they tell me I've been approved for my daughter to have braces. Then when I try to make an appointment they tell me that I have not been approved. So we did molds again that was the second time. Now I've been trying to get a hold of them over 9 months and they still refuse to call me back. I have gotten no information at all when it comes to my daughter's braces from them. I would not recommend anybody that has serious dental issues to go to this place. We are now at another orthodontist. But due to having to wait for so long. My daughter will now have to have her job broken because we did not get braces in time before her growth plates closed due to premiere orthodontist not doing their job!

I love this place! Every time I come I feel welcomed and everyone is so nice! They get you in on time, and they do such a perfect job with what you need to get done! I highly recommend.

My experience always a very nice one! Vert professional and courteous staff, no long wait meaning appointment time was right on point! This place is awesome!

My experience was great here, Celeste (treatment coordinator) was a great and helpful, they get in quick and have great COVID pro.
