Visits with Dr. Ho are always wonderful, and that starts once you are greeted by the ladies in the front office. They are always happy and pleasant
Dr. Ho is Great, always in a welcoming mood, excited to see me and hear how I'm am. This includes not just my pain, but about other things that go on in my life, both the good and bad.
But most important, he listens and takes into consideration about what and how I take my medication. He listens when I share I want to try something different.
Dr. Ho always makes me feel like I'm his number 1 priority and his #1 patient.

Dr. Ho is very caring and personable. The facility is top notch and has the latest and greatest medical technology. I highly recommend Dr. Ho. However, although I have very good insurance, I just received a bill for over $200 for a procedure that I had over two years ago. Not a happy client.

I have been dealing with chronic back pain for years this is the first time a provider has sat down and really listened to my concerns and come up with a game plan! Dr. Ho is the best! His staff is also great I see a different staff member each time, each have been equally nice and efficient thank you all!

DR. Kwok is the most biased and discriminatory doctor i have ever met in my life.
I was referred for pain management by my nephrologist due to chronic pain from kidney disease.
He told me point blank he would NEVER prescribe pain meds to anyone who has a mental health condition because they're all addicts. Then proceed to tell me i should smoke marijuana if I wanted to relieve my pain. Even looking at the ultrasounds as my kidneys and seeing the extreme damage to them, she refused to give me pain medications because I must be an addict since I have a mental health condition and then suggest to smoke marijuana which is a drug. Is this guy even a real doctor? Never have I been so hopeless as i was leaving his office. Judging me like that was morally wrong. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone or EVER go back. And I will be reporting this incident with the Better Business Bureau as well as my insurance and they even consult a lawyer for his blatant discrimination towards me.

Premier Pain Consultants and doctor Joseph Ho are the best in the business! I have been seeing pain doctors for nearly 20 years and doctor Ho is by far the best pain management doctor I have ever had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr Ho and his staff continue to be courteous and professional in all interactions with me. Dr Ho is great at explaining my options, risks and benefits of treatment for the pain I’ve experienced from saphenous nerve damage, post total knee replacement. I’ve been under his care for 9 months and finally have 85 to 90% improvement. He has given me some new options to get me closer to 100% improvement. I am thankful for his advice and expertise.

I find it refreshing that Dr. Ho takes an interest in his pts lives outside the reason for the visit. The staff is always fvery friendly and makes you feel welcome.

I first came across Dr. Ho when I was looking for the best pain specialist on Google and Yelp. I saw how many good reviews he had so I decided to make an appointment for my mom. My mom had seen three pain specialist that told her they couldn’t help her, all the did was throw medications that didn’t work.

DR. Ho was eager to help my mom and he cared for my mom which was so rewarding. He offered my mom a Intercostal nerve block. My mom has been 60-70% better since the Injection and my mom and I couldn’t be relieved and happy for he’s help. She will be getting a second one soon in hopes to relieving the remainder of the lingering pain. Thank you for being kind and caring to help my mom.

Update review 4/18/23: my mom received a second Injection and it has continued to help my mom. DR Ho is super sweet and eager to continue helping my mom. He is super happy to see my mom better compared to the first time he saw her. We are forever thankful for DR Ho
