In 2022, we found our forever home with an ideal backyard for a pool. Having been enchanted by the backyard ambiance of the villas in Bali during our previous travels, we were determined to recreate that same magical atmosphere.

After exploring various pool companies, Premier Pools and Spas stood out as the perfect choice. What won us over was the exceptional service provided by Sterling, our sales representative. Sterling not only paid careful attention to our specific wants and needs but also helped us stay within our budget, making us feel incredibly comfortable throughout the process.

Despite our distinct style preferences and financial constraints, Sterling, Jeff, and Lindsey from Premier Pools and Spas were always eager to assist us and promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had. Thanks to their unwavering support and guidance, we were able to turn our vision of a dream oasis into a reality. Each day now feels like a perpetual vacation in our own backyard.

Premier Pool designer Daniel Pelchat is very experienced, professional and responsive. The pool cost is very reasonable and competitive. We signed the contract during Thanksgiving time frame and got multiple (pool LED lights, Pool vacuum, salt system.) bonuses for free! During Covid, some of the construction materials were in shortage. He was able to suggest alternatives, secure sufficient materials at fairly low price. After the pool construction is completed, Premier Pools schedule 5 visits during the first month to take care of the newly surfaced pool and a Pool School to educate us on pool maintenance. Overall we had good experience working with Premier!

After meetings with several pool companies my husband and I decided on Premier Pools & Spas and we were not disappointed. Matt and Tyler made the entire process effortless and easy. They were very informative and attentive to our project needs. They answered all of our questions and took care of everything. Even with some weather set backs, we were able to complete our project in less than 4 months. We are so happy with the work that Premier Pools & Spas has done, and we highly recommend them. And a huge thank you to Matt and Tyler for taking care of us and making this project stress free!

PPS built my pool in 2021/2022. It was a complicated permit approval process and it was a complicated build. PPS provided very professional service, was very responsive and continues to be responsive with questions that come up from time to time. No construction project is perfect, and there will inevitably be questions or hard decisions through the process, but PPS was professional, trustworthy, and honest during the whole process - my price never changed, even if the work had to change slightly to adjust to changing circumstances.the pool is beautiful and my family loves it - it has been game changing for our family time spent together, and PPS made it happen with terrific quality work and professionalism.

I could not be happier with the communication, service and dedication the team at Premier Pools showed us. From start to finish these guys delivered quickly with quality work. Our PM Jeff was always there to answer any and all questions, our sales rep Sterling was a pleasure to design our pool with and the staff at the office was always a pleasure to speak with. Premier Pools and Spas will be my go to for any future pools!

We made a contract and they sent us someone named Charles, he was very nice with us we provided food and he was good but it was all fake he said we’d only pay a deposit of $1000 and if we wanted to cancel we would get it back, after he said we couldn’t do the price he raised it $30’000 so then when we said we don’t want it he didn’t give us our deposit back and they scammed us. They take deposit from people then raise the price by $30’000 after a couple months and don’t return your money. WATCH OUT PLEASE they send people to your houses to take your money and they are not legit from how they seem or sound it’s all a lie.also whenever we called and wanted to talk on the phone about it they hung up in our face and never answered.

Premier did a great job. Efficient with crew and explained everything they were going to do ahead of time and as they were working. All work was done completely to my satisfaction or above my expectations. It’s just a little pool, but it’s perfect.

I usually would not write a review, but this company needs to be exposed for their terrible service, destruction of my yard, terrible communication, crooked company, do I need to go on? Don't waste your time with them as they overcharge their services. Not to mention the fact that they don't even listen to what you want as my shape, tile color, and grotto were all different than what I selected at the shop in which we viewed them together! Please save your money and stay away form this company. They will waste your time, money, energy, and don't care about actually doing their job.

Let me start out by saying our pool came out fantastic! Everyone was great to work with especially Brendan and Lederrick who were our main contacts thru the whole process. We started in November of 2020 and thanks to Covid it took 18 months to finish at no fault of Premier pools! Our job was held up by our city permitting dept. (7months) plus labor shortage really pushed everything back! All in all we couldn't be happier with our pool and spa! If your ready to take the plunge into a new pool then go with Premier pools and spas you'll be glad you did.

Overall great experience with Premier. Great quality on pretty much everything. Only bummer were the masons, who messed up the grout colors and then didn’t do a great job on the spillway, with some large spacing between tile lines showing lots of grout. Otherwise, great communication and overall process. Very pleased with the pool design.

Sterling Gray was extreamly rude and told us our budget of 80k was not worth working with and to call back if we can get more money.

We are so happy with our pool and fire pit from Premier Pools and Spas. Justin was our first point of contact and he was AMAZING! His beautiful design is now our reality! Lindsey in the design room was incredible, she helped us pick the perfect materials and we are so grateful for every single person that helped us! Jeff and Matt our project mangagers always kept us in the loop and were very responsive. I 100% recommend this pool company. Can't wait for all the amazing memories our pool will bring.

Premier Pools kicked off my project over 11 months ago and there is no end in sight. During the sales process, my project was estimated to take 5-6 months.

I live in a new build community and we are all completing our yards at the same time. Neighbors who chose companies other than Premier started their pools after me and finished before me. I mention that mostly because Premier blames "Covid Delays" for a lot of my situation. I would define it as "Covid Greed". They got in way over their heads when everyone decided they needed a pool in 2020.

My project manager is a good guy but he is stretched way too thin. There are some really good reviews specifically about him and I believe them. The problem starts at the top with the owner Aaron and I think is more of a recent issue with the business. As I stated already it seems to be about greed. Our sales guy gleefully shared his business is up 300% since the pandemic. Ooof.

Aaron took on more than the company can handle and is defensive and rude when pushed on the delays. I asked him once for goal dates to be plugged into my project plan and he rolled his eyes and asked me why I needed it. It seemed like an obvious answer but I humored him and explained that I felt it would give us a common goal to work toward. He said "sure I can give you some dates but it will be like throwing darts in the dark. Nothing we can stand by. " OK. My personal experience is that the number of cares Aaron has about us and our project is a negative number. I never hear from them and work only progresses after I call and text and text and call repeatedly begging to have them move to the next step.

In addition to missing their estimated time to complete the little things stink too. Literally. They stuck the project porta potty directly in front of our front door. It always smells. Not because their team uses it (they work too infrequently to really require a restroom) but it serves as an overflow restroom for my neighbors' crews, the Amazon, delivery people and our FedEx guy. The contractors they use have been dirty and disrespectful to our property leaving for the day at 2pm with half-full Mountain Dews, fast food bags and cans of chew littering our yard in their wake. I wasn't naive to the disruption of having a dangerous, dirty yard with kids and a dog that can't use the space but was only mentally prepared for 6 months of dealing with it. It. Is. A. Lot.

I wrote this review because it is the one I wish had been available to me when starting my due diligence. I failed but hope I can help others to do better! Please feel free to message me if you would like to discuss our experience in detail before making your decision. I have two other families in my network that have not written reviews here yet but that I can put you in touch with that can share frustratingly similar experiences.

So what do my 2 stars represent? I like the design they created for me. I liked it on the 3D modeling software they used for my approval 14 months ago and I like how it is coming to form in real life over the last 330+ days they have been working on it. They have an office manager with a design background that helped me select tile. She has a much better eye than I and I appreciate her guidance in materials selection. I anticipate that when it is complete sometime in 2022 (fingers crossed) that the simple rectangle will be just what I wanted.

My favorite thing about the relationship is the introduction they facilitated to Green Expression Landscape company. The Owner Jorge Zamora takes great pride in his company, his crew and quality of delivery. I'll write a full review on them once my project is completed but so far we are on track and they have exceeded expectations. Beautiful work and incredible work ethic. They show up 6 days a week (sometimes 7 if Jorge feels like we're falling behind) and are the most polite and clean construction crew I've experienced.

They are amazing. They stand behind their work. We had a little issue after completion and they came out immediately and fixed the issue. Thank you Premier pools for making our family memories.

Had my pool built last year during COVID and not once was I held up. Ryan (my project manager) was amazing and on top of it! His communication was and still is top notch. I recommend Premier Pools and Spas to anyone looking to invest in a pool.

Our pool was finished in 2018. Good thing my wife works from home, due to the complete lack of communication between Premier pools and their sub contractors. Many of days we had sub contractors not knowing what they were suppose to do, and had to wait hours for the project manager to show up and direct them. Waterfalls not placed correct, design showed a 6ft waterfall and a 2.5ft waterfall was constructed. (torn down and had to restart to create what was designed and paid for. 3 years after the construction we are having issues with lights, and auto-fill. Just called to have someone come out again to look at the auto-fill which we were told it must have gotten stuck.but will be ok now. After two weeks again water is running down our street from our pool drain. Called and was told she was in the middle of a pool presentation and could not talk to me. Again waiting for someone to call me back. Please do your research and go with a company that has it together. Just because they are on TV doesn't mean they are good! Save your money and go with a GOOD pool contractor!

The end result was amazing. Ask for Brad Cotton. He is an expert who will share the best design for your backyard area. Brad knows the product and innovative alternatives that adds additional convenience luster to the pool. Also ask for Jeff to be your superintendent. He keeps you updated and ensures you have the best workers for your project. Loved the service and attention to detail!
