Great service and always available! We've used them to put in a new water heater, fix one of our gas lines and service has always been exceptional! They are professional, and we trust their work.they are the only plumber we ever use.

We have used Premier Rooter for several years for our Bonita home for projects large and small - from faucet repair to a full copper re-pipe of the entire house. They have always shown up quickly, clearly explained options and pricing, and performed the work with a high degree of professionalism and respect for our home.

This week was another opportunity to excel and they delivered. I woke up Friday morning to a lake in the garage when our hot water heater failed. Premier was on-site within an hour of my call, went though options on tanked or tankless replacement and answered all my questions. We decided on a Noritz tankless heater which they were able to install that afternoon and the project was completed and cleaned up before dinner time.

Amazing service. Mike and Jay were super knowledgeable, fast, honest and professional. They showed up ready and prepared for any scenario to deal with my leaking toilet. They even left my floor cleaner then it was when they showed up. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely be calling for future plumbing needs.

Premier Rooter and Plumbing is the only company I will call for my plumbing needs. They are fast friendly and above all honest. They tell me my options and advise on the best option even if it isn’t the one that will make them the most money. Everyone I had dealt with has been super friendly. They have done a lot of work on my house since I bought it and I will now only use them. A couple of times there have been been plumbing emergencies while I was out of town and I can trust them to get the job done and my wife feels comfortable dealing with them even when I am gone. They are the best.

I needed a plumber, so I went on Yelp, and posted my job request. Within minutes I had 5 responses. I chose Premier Rooter and Plumbing after reading their reviews and talking with them on the phone. They came out that same day and gave me an estimate and we liked it and they fixed it. All done within a few hours after posting on Yelp. The problem was all the parts in the toilet tank were old, which made the toilet run a lot. I like that they gave me 2 estimates. One for rebuilding the tank, and another for replacing the toilet. We chose the rebuilding. They got it done fast, and they were clean and professional. Everybody that I spoke with were very nice and kind and polite. I like that they are a family owned business. Next time I need a plumber I will be calling Premier Rooter and Plumbing. Great people, good price, professional, clean, friendly and fast.

Mike is really friendly and helpful. My water heater stopped working and I had a hard time with other company. Im glad that I found Premier Rooter & Plumbing, Mike and Abraham found the problem and fixed it in about 1 1/2 hour, I was impressed! Highly recommend.

I called Premier’s offices in a frenzy because my main line was clogged and we couldn’t use any of our toilets. They were able to squeeze me in on the same day. Mike came out and did all that he could to figure out a solution to our unique problem. Ultimately, the situation was the city’s responsibility, but Mike helped us each step of the way. He contacted the city and ended up getting us the help we needed on this issue.
