1If I could give them 0 stars I would but since its not a option I'll give 1. This place is a rip off I would highly recommend not going through them they are a scam! I signed up with them got the 3 cameras and the ADT security system for in my house. At first it seemed like an amazing deal the guy came out to set it up and didn't finish setting up one camera after spending 8 hours at my house said he would be back a week later never heard from him again called the company and talked to them and they were supposed to send someone out and never did. So I asked if I could get into a cheaper package without the cameras mind you they don't work and they said no and if I wanted to cancel I'd have to pay 1600 so now I'm stuck paying 64$ a month nothing. When I messaged them on Facebook I was blocked for asking them about the situation or to atleast make it right and come fix them. STAY COMPLETELY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!
