Got a card from these guys at the offroad expo in pomona. Brought my F350 in for a re gear and had a couple ball joints replaced while it was apart. Saved over 400 compared to other shops I received quotes from. The guys were friendly and up front about pricing. They were also very accommodating working with my time-line. (I have a bad habit of needing last minute work done quickly) I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need work done on my other vehicles.

They did a great job, but 9am appointment didn't start till 1100. I come from Ventura so I am waiting in office. So four stars

These guys are top-notch. Called them the night before, and I was penciled in the next morning. Had my appointment at 8: 45am and was out by 12pm.

My experience was great at this shop! They were able to answer my list of questions about regearing on my truck. They help me to pick what is best for my route of what I do with my truck. Also, Carlos was patience with my list of questions and he was able to help me understand my question. Similar with Miguel whom I didn't not meet in person but helped me via on message when I was placing my order and making my appointment. He was really helpful as well and able to help me understand my question. The service was pretty quick.

I had new gears put in my 2016 Jeep Wrangler today. I received exceptional service from Premier West Gears. I dropped it off in the morning and it was done a couple hours later. I picked it up at the end of the day, just a few minutes before they closed and I was not rushed out. They walked me through the break-in period and what I need to do to make these gears last (I did not receive any instructions from the last place I had work done). Pricing was fair and straightforward. Everyone I dealt with from the phone call/reservation through drop off to the pick was nothing but professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop.

They do great work, first off met them off work hours and they offered to tell me what was wrong with my rear end for free. They promised to get it back to stock or better (bold words for not even seeing the rear diff yet) But they absolutely delivered! My 5th Gen is absolute beast with zero gear whine. As far as pricing goes i have no clue, and honestly for the quality work they did they could have charged me double what they did and i still would have paid. They were extremely fast and professional and one of the most knowledgeable shops i have found. I will be sending all my friends to them without hesitation.i wish i could give them 6 out of 5 start but.

Had 5.29 REM polished gears and a rear locker installed on my 2018 tacoma recently and it’s been an absolute game changer. I called the shop and told them what I drive and what I’m doing with the truck and they set me all up. I made an appointment to have them installed right when they opened and they knocked it out fairly quickly. I highly recommend coming here for any of your cars that require gears. You’ll see a crazy mix of vehicles from hot rods/classic cars to modern trucks.

Reasonable cost. Friendly staff. Good turnaround time. I will go back if I ever need differential work again.
