Modern Building. I viewed the whole area. Patrolled by Security Co. Allied Universal, very friendly. Scan, Aero just a few larger corporations. I had an Appointment at The Studio Group, in the 3780 building. Ultra high tech looking professional, nice place to rent, not sure of pricing, but I was taken back by the stunning surroundings. Freeway close for your clients to meet you there. Beautiful complex, both interior and exterior.
Rented an office here for a year and a half. I was walked in on many times without a single knock on the door. House keeping comes in every night without asking. I had a Babe Ruth autographed baseball in my office and the housekeeping person said to me “nice Babe Ruth signed ball” and I replied that it was a fake and he said back to me “It looked real to me” made me uncomfortable as I felt my office was being looked at and cased after hours. No privacy here.

Crowded with few amenities. The workspaces in downtown Long. Beach is much better, u can buy snacks there but not here. They have coffee and water and that's about it. I'm not sure if they have a lounge or not. At least the parking is free.
We have had our office in this fine office center for five years. Each of those years we have had nothing but extraordinary service and attention to our companies needs. The manager Lillian is wonderful and very attentive to our concerns. We love being a tenant at this facility. They even host an annual theme party for all us valued tenants.
