I have been working at Premier Workspaces for almost a year. I would highly recommend this team to everyone. From the start of the leasing process, Alina was professional and extremely responsive - I have negotiated multiple leases with her now and you can tell that she is focused on win-win outcomes! Day-to-day service is lead by Nancy - she rocks. The front desk team (Nancy and Caitlin) is focused on solutions and ensuring that the tenants (they call us clients - love that) have everything they need. If you have mail, printing, shipping, or anything else they are right there to assist! I'm so grateful for this team. A giant thank you - without you, me and my clients would be struggling!

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT - Everyone who is trying to rent from Premier Workspaces, please be cautioned. This is a leasing company that does not put the customer's needs first. I really wish they did, but after I rented out their offices for 3+ years, I got locked out of the building because they installed new doors without telling their residents. I was demeaned and felt worthless as I stood outside my OWN OFFICE DOOR, that I had access to for the DURATION OF MY LEASE. When a client I was seeing came in, they inquired why I was standing outside? I wish I could communicate the shame I went through by saying I went to the restroom and could not get back in. Needless to say, that client did not come back to me afterward, leading to a $12K lost in income. All in all, I am disappointed in the lack of care of this leasing company and hope you heed my warning and look elsewhere for your executive suite needs!

Tough to get from parking lot to office in rain. Fancy
Elevators. Steep parking $20 for a little over 2 hours. Meeting rooms are okay but nothing special. Forgot to ask if they validate parking but it should have been offered without having to ask. I would not use again if I had any say.
Great building a bit confusing with all the levels of stairs. Some need to have a bit more humility especially when they have their own tics.
