Paid for pcr test results within 18 hours. I'm traveling international and they told me my results coming next morning which would make it 48 hours and too late to male my trip. Horrible experience

Website says open Sunday 9am, made online appointment for 9am on Sunday. Drove to SSF clinic and found it closed. Sign on door says open only on Mon-Fridays! Really frustrated!

We need the negative Covid-19 test report for a travel to China. There were a lot of things to worry about until we found Premium Health. First of all, the test is covered by insurance so didn’t cost us anything; Second, the result came out very fast! The report for rapid antigen came out in half an hour, and the report for PCR (which is what we need) came out at 5 am the next morning (we did it at 4.40 pm the previous day). Third, the location is very near the sf International airport. Finally, the working staff were really nice! Very pleasant experience with premium health! !

No one was at the location. We went by twice. No tent. Lights were out in the building. We left. No test.

Friendly, helpful staff. The registration process seems a bit excessive, but it's clearly not their fault.

I’m very satisfied in terms of service, staff are friendly to communicate even it’s raining hard, me not feeling very well but they help me accomplish my needs.

I'm not even going to rate this place I got my results late plus they did the wrong test, definitely will not go back to this place.

The lady who did my intake was so helpful and accommodating. I told her, she was my angel. My appointment was 6pm and I arrived 5: 57pm. She helped me immensely. Thank you

Absolutely a great experience. I felt bad for the ladies working out there in the cold with no outside heating. They had great attitudes and were very helpful.

I do not recommend this clinic. Worst experience in a medical setting. The staff member who administered me my PCR Test, was extremely rude, with snarky comments and an attitude. I was not greeted nicely and the person was on her personal phone having a conversation the whole time. Hire people who actually care about the job and have customer service experience.

Jacqueline the medical assistant was very friendly, courteous and professional. But I don’t like the fact that I had to get a combo and I had no choice for just only a PCR when logging in online initially. Fortunately, Jacqueline cancelled my rapid test since I already did one at home and I only wanted the PCR. Also, I did not like the fact that I was given no options about the Televisit. The FNP asked what symptoms I had and that was it. That is an insufficient Televisit. Less than a minute with her. I wish we are given the choice to opt out of a Televisit since I only wanted a PCR.
