Although appointments are not available, I am usually see very quickly after check in. Staff are friendly and professional. And the doctors are great at what they do.

Very disappointed in the staff here. One person in particular. Zero compassion or bedside manner. Cold and flat. Front office staff did their job when I came in. Nothing negative or positive to say about them. The assistant that took me back to my room was friendly and seemed genuinely warm. I was there with flu symptoms so when she asked if I wanted a covid test I said

Yesterday, I was seen by NP Rajdeep. Although the clinic was overwhelmed with patients, Rajdeep and the rest of her team were quick, organized, while demonstrating empathy and genuine concern for patients. My first time experience at this urgent care was awesome!
The front and back office staff were friendly which goes along way when you aren’t feeling well. The wait was minimal for a Saturday late afternoon despite there being patients waiting.
The PA was very knowledgeable and advised me of every test, results, reviewed medications and allergies.
I would definitely recommend this group.
Also would recommend completing the online forms prior to your first time visit.

The ladies The front deck were very kind, the nurses who look me back was very sweet. The Dr was able to help me and schedule what I needed

I brought my grandson who is on the spectrum. He was given a Covid test and tested positive. The doctor was empathetic, helpful, and very professional. I strongly recommend her to any seeking quality medical care.

This was absolutely terrible. The doctor saw me for maybe 1 minute, where I was basically told to “ figure it out” and then he left without another word. Not even letting me know what prescription I need or where to get it at. Not to mention this was over $150. I would not recommend this to ANYONE.

Office worker withheld supposed test results out of anger and vindictiveness.

I received a call this evening, 9/7/2023 at 6: 40pm from this urgent care. The woman, who did not give me her name, immediately started asking me to verify personal information without telling me anything about the purpose of the call. I had not been in to this urgent care for over a month, so I had no reason to expect a call from them. I asked her what the purpose of the call was, and her response was, "well I have results for you but if you don't want them, that's fine" and then immediately HUNG UP.

I called back and was instantly disconnected. I called back once again and the phones were being sent directly to hold, where I stayed for close to 20 minutes with no answer. Essentially, this woman who is in charge of medical information got personally offended when I simply asked what the call was about, and in response she told me I had test results and then prevented me from receiving them. Imagine thinking it's OK to give a patient, who is under the care of your team, vague, anxiety-provoking information regarding test results and then withholding them out of pettiness. NEVER in my life have I experienced customer service like this from a McDonald's, let alone a medical facility. Needless to say, I will not return to this urgent care until they learn how to hire staff with a basic level of human empathy.

I highly recommend this Urgent Care. Dr. Green is wonderful and cares about his patients. The staff was awesome!

I consulted Dr Green when I got Covid. He gave me the right treatment and advice. I especially like his professionalism with simplicity.

Dr. Green MD is a wonderful doctor. Very knowledgeable and prompt in his service. The medical assistants are all great and everyone has great bed side manner. Highly recommend Dr. Green and his staff.
