Please please.do not trust this place. I went for a single attorney representation that never took place. I paid $ 600 fees for that.my case had been transferred to another county, and I am no longer interested in their representation. My money had been stuck there doing since August. I finally submitted the form to request my refund from 11/4/21 they ask for 2 weeks to refund and they retained a fee of$ 120 for cancellation. After all that and I ve been calling and asking for my refund all the receptionist refers you to a ghost supervisor that never calls back and play games on the phone giving you names of peoples that doesn’t even call and tell you that refund is the longest process bla, bla, bla to wear you out, so you don’t ask for your refund anymore. I have never had such problem before I itch any office that I have requested legal services I cancelled a attorney service before and they immediately refunds me this one is playing games to keep your money off s only $480 and they don’t have a penny in the banking to refund that? …. Don’t go to this place.

This place has excuses after excuses. Prepexpress promised to represent me in court but they did not. I paid them $1,600. I am extremely unsatisfied with this Company. It’s been two years of me calling, leaving messages. I had no results with them helping me and no answers in resolving my case. Also, they hardly answer their phone on the hours they say their open. This place is terrible. Prepexpress doesn’t deserve one star. This app want let you submit this review if don’t don’t click on at least one star

This company ripped me off for 1500 dollars. They never represented me in court in which they charged me extra. Do yourself a favor and get another company to help you in your circumstances. The promise is there but they have a license to steal. Be aware

I just have to say that I have been using prepxpress for years now and I have never had a problem with them. Omg! Lynne is the best! Thank you Lynne for all your help

Recently lost my copies of court papers from years ago and Lynn was nice enough to explain the process to me of how to get new copies as well as texting me the address to go to which was super helpful.

4 years ago I went through them for a name change and I remember they made it easy and stress free: I paid, they did all the work needed, i showed up to court, and was granted my daughters last name change!

Honestly because of the pandemics and everything has been going on, at first my situation thought it would not ever get done or even such to happen.
There’s has not been much problem of getting a hold of anyone, when you walk in first off greet you, assist listen to your concerns right off the back gives you some kind of confidence back. I find very professional then any others. In the past another didn’t even really seem to actually try or do what was trying to be ask. This company did make it a little simpler without more added so it does stand behind the logo of saying making things simple (when thinking it could be so complex) and that really is something going for custody case put back in to right terms that should have not gone the way it ever did I hope things go in the right way.was more then able to assist can not recall staff names lynn I have met with and spoke with ms. Erica but in my opinion
stay on top of things making sure things were getting done but most of all The women and men that work here have more then professional and very knowledgeable to being able to assist in the best out come possible.believe that’s a very excellent
So I do very much recommend to others!

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I paid over 600 to help me filed paper court for a customer who owes me 6500, little did I knew these people were going to scam me as well. First, I decided to go to Sb location. Charle help me at first. Then, I never received my prove of served I paid fully amount to these People to help me with my case. Furthermore, I was then helped by ERIKA who also did nothing in my second court because my proof of service was also rejected. Not to mention I was on top of them so they can send me the proof of service and both times they were sent literally one day before my Court. So unprofessional try another place do not give you your money to these people.

I shouldn’t even give them one star they are awful they lie to you i caught them in so many lies she didn’t even start my paperwork until I started complaining and its been since oct of last year she started i am so frustrated i might file a small claims case i am going to talk to a lawyer Monday. Who ever is reading this the advice is not to use them they are no good
