Juice Shop Pressed reviews
13Never open when the hours say they’re open and can’t order for pickup on the app. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
Ordered online but said it couldn’t verify my address. I was still charged, so I went it to see if they got my order anyway. Honestly, the girl was extremely rude basically said she can’t do anything about it which I understood I’m sure the pending charge will go away so I did some shopping and came back later after to purchase my cleanse. The girl did not remember us at all and was again, extremely rude. Didn’t smile, didn’t greet us, didn’t say bye and as I was paying for my order, she was rushing me out and asking the next guest what they wanted (there was only 2 of us in there). I just thought she was very rude, not sincere or nice at all - which honestly makes the juice not taste good. Felt bad for the other lady in there as you could tell she was trying to be extra nice to make up for the rude employee. Customer service really makes or breaks this industry. I’d rather eat bad food but have amazing service.
Went into the store and asked for recommendations. Ultimately I ordered the Greens 3 (apple, cucumber, celery, lemon, spinach, ginger, kale, parsley), Avocado Greens Smoothie (apple, celery, cucumber, banana, avocado, spinach, lemon, kale, spirulina, matcha), Roots 3 (apple, lemon, ginger, beet), Citrus 2 (apple, pineapple, lemon, mint) and then I got 2 lemonades: mango turmeric lemonades (mango, lemon, monk fruit, turmeric) and 2 strawberry basil lemonades (strawberries, monk fruit, lemon and basil). My favorite was the Strawberry Basil Lemonades as well as the Avocado Greens.
Horrible first experience. My order was canceled (Uber Eats) with zero explanation. When I contacted customer services to see what happened, they offered no explanation and couldn't care less. What an awful first impression. Will not return.
I got an açaí bowl and it taste like blended ice I’m not sure if this is normal quality to them but I wouldn’t recommend them for this or anything else. Plus the price is not justified…
Usually run out of flavors early in the day. Almost never have chocolate or vanilla for freeze later in the day. Rarely answer the phone as well. We live 3 min from here, but drive 15 min to another location when we want to go to Pressed Juicery.
The girl with the long braids has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Truly. We walked in and she didn’t say hello. She sighed because I was taking too long to order (there was no one behind me and it was 2 minutes) and walked into the back. I wouldn’t go back.
Came in today. The slightly thick girl with dark hair isn't the most friendly. She didn't even have green bowls. Expected to have freshly made juice, not a plastic bottle for 6.75. I am also not going to support a biz that uses tons of plastic bottles again. Overpriced hype for what you receive. Will not return.
I usually love it but I got here at 9 am on a Wednesday and it’s now 9: 34 and still no one has answered the phone or opened the door?
I did a work out today and forgot my mask at the gym and didn’t have another, so I wrapped my sweatshirt around my face to go into the Pressed Juicery in UTC mall to place an order. I was told I had to have a mask. I said that I didn’t have one, but again had my entire mouth and nose covered, the only thing showing were my eyes. She said I had to have a mask. I asked if she had a mask I could use and she said no. I asked if I could place the order from the doorway and when the order was ready, if I could run in quickly with my sweatshirt wrapped around my face and I was also told no. I am vaccinated and had my face covered! Oh and there were no other customers in or around the space. If someone’s entire face is covered, that is a mask. This should have never become the issue it did. I have been to Pressed Juicery multiple times and have never had any issues. Needless to say I was not served and will not be going back. This is my first time ever leaving a bad review ever. I found the whole experience rude, unaccommodating and off putting.
Do wish the had more options that are low in sugar/carb. Their service was quick and friendly.
I normally LOVE Pressed Juicery. The reason I’m leaving 3 stars is because of my last visit to this specific location. The girl working had such a bad attitude and was rude to not only myself but other customers. I was so uncomfortable and put off. Pressed, make sure you’re hiring friendly staff because that makes a huge difference. I avoid this location now.
I got one of each of their day cleanses to try, as well as ginger shots. I’ve had their orange juice before too. Overall it’s pretty good stuff. The day cleanses are great and probably their best deal. The staff at the UTC store have always been nice and helpful. I think it is a bit overpriced, though in general cold-pressed juice runs high. Worth trying out forsure. I recommend the vanilla almond and citrus 2 for first timers. Also try the turmeric vitality shot.
