All the guys here do great work. I've been coming here for years for the full service car wash and never left disappointed. Get the punch car for a free wash! Today I received a smog, oil change and a free car wash! I had no idea they offered so many services. I look forward to supporting their business with all my future car needs. Great work!

Prestige is my favorite Car Wash in San Diego, there are definitely a lot of them but I have not found one where the service quality compares. Level of professionalism, value and friendly service. Whenever I ‘m in the area I take my car there chat with Paul and the staff. Last time I had to get rid of a lot of sap on my car, had parked under a sappy three on a hot summer day and they did a wonderful job. Thank you all!

These guys are great! Always worth the money and even willing to negotiate. I bought my car used and it had a few stains on the interior, brought it here and it left spotless. Not sure what magic they used but it worked! There's never a wait when I go before work! The staff is nice too. So lucky this place is around the corner from me.

Every time I go here my car is barely wiped down and the wheels are always completely wet. They just hurry through the drying process and don't seem to care

If you don’t want super fine scratches on your car I wouldn’t recommend going through a car wash, not even at Prestige. I chose Prestige from the high end cars shown on their video, pseudo high score on Yelp, and top 10 rating in San Diego, the Jaguar that was in front of me and the Audi that was beside me, and then a nervous conversation with who seemed to be the Manager/Owner. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the car washing system and their history of successful washes. I was afraid to have my car washed at any car wash and have not done so since I bought it a year and a half ago. He assured me that the drive through car wash wouldn’t damage my wheels or my car. Well, If fine scratches from the blue circular “soft” brushes are not considered damaged, then it’s not damaged. However, I have been the only one to hand wash my car since I bought it; I don’t even let Land Rover put it through the car wash after its service, and they are always amazed at the fact that when they do their walk around it doesn’t have a single scratch and the black part is so shiny! Unfortunately after its service last Friday it sat outside overnight and got very dirty. I was on a time crunch Saturday and needed to get her cleaned before meeting with family. I’m sad to say that I got my Range Rover cleaned at Prestige and for the first time I have all these fine scratches that really only show up on the black that outlines my windows, (white part in a certain light) but it’s the first thing I see when I open the door. I have always used a soft cloth to clean around the windows and they were mirror shiny. My service company has had some major mechanical issues with several of our vans. A competitor around the corner on Clairemont Mesa Blvd, known mostly for selling tires, ruined one of our diesel trucks. Left an oil leak unchecked. We towed it to Prestigious. George and his staff provided and installed a new diesel engine for a very reasonable price and got us back on the road. This is only one of many vans we’ve had Prestige do maintenance and repair on. Also, their car wash is truely one of the best I’ve ever used!

There’s nothing prestigious about this place. I pulled up, asked for an interior detail. The guy, quite rude and abrupt, told me since the car was so dirty, I would need to pay $150 for this and it would take an hour and a half. I told them fine, but no dressing, and no fragrance. When I got the car back the interior from top to bottom was covered in dressing. They spent about a half hour on it, total. The dressing was all over the leather too. Sticky, nasty greasy nonsense everywhere. Disgusting. Total Amateurs. I couldn’t touch a surface without it coming off on my hand. I asked them to take care of it, and they tried but it’s still everywhere. You don’t put dressing on leather. It’s impossible to get out. Don’t trust your car to these people. They offered me a free wash, I told them no. This did not solve the problem. I have an appointment with another detailer to get all this goo out of my interior.

Came in because I has a black smudge inside my vehicle on a cloth portion. I was surprised at the smiling faces of all the workers who seemed to be excited to be working at this location. Everyone greeted me and said Hello. When it came time to get the stain out, they took roughly 10 minutes and like magic it was gone! Cost to have the service done was well priced. If i need my car detailed or washed, this is going to be the place.

We have used these guys for both washing our vehicles as well as service. The service was great and prices very competitive. So far we have nothing to complain about and have been very satisfied.

Not very good job washing our fleet and over priced for the job done! Also, watch out for oil changes and services on vehicles! They do a half a** job mechanically speaking and use the wrong/cheap fluids to save themselves money! Be aware!

I was referred by another customer and am really satisfied! They changed my oil, topped off my windshield cleaner, washed my car, and spot-vacuumed the floor! Took a little more time than an average oil change but the service is well worth the time.

Quick and great service! They are cheaper and do a better job than the fully automatic car washes!

Came to get my care detailed and an oil change. I have always wanted a place where I could do both at once. The people were nice, and I would totally go back. My wash wasn't perfect, but maybe I am just really picky.

Very impressed with the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff. Met one of the owners while watching my car getting waxed - very involved in his business which is a good thing. Detailer on my black BMW recommended that I get touch up paint from the dealership for a chip on the hood, and that they would apply for me. Definitely recommend to people who take pride in their cars.

Service is great, rates are competitive. Car wash is quick and thorough and includes hand-cleaning.
