Don’t waste your time, “Armando” is running something that has been reported to BSIS, hopefully those who “work” for him dont get caught as well.

This security company is really unprofessional. Last week I saw a post on Craigslist asking for security guards ASAP so I decided to give them a call. The front desk picked up (very nice lady, very professional) she told me to hold on, the owner then got on the phone and I couldn't even understand what he was saying (his accent was thick and Im not trying to be rude here) and he told me go to website and fill out the application so I'm like okay cool, I filled it out, a couple of hours later he texted me he showed me his business card and I'm like hey how are you then he tells me that the construction site will start on July the 13th? I thought it will start right away, after that he told me that he have this event that he needs someone right away for 3 nights, 8pm-4am starting that night. I told him I will let him know by tomorrow, so he texted me back telling me to "forget about it, bye". Its really unprofessional and you cant let someone know last minute especially not providing uniform or any kind of payment and he got mad at me, rude, unprofessional, he was really bad at customer service. Probably small company that have a high turnover rate due to his professionalism and looking at workers just as bodies WORSE COMPANY EVER!
Unprofessional. Was left without keys a couple of shifts and then wanted to send me 7 days a week, 30 miles away from where I live for only 5 hours a day. Pretty much dropped communication with me. Don’t expect consistent work with this company.
This company is trash don't Waste your time working for them, the managers are very unprofessional and racist.
From the manager, Francisco, to their "guards", the incompetence at this company is palpable.
Applied for a job they're all they had was a driver's job in their main area I was turned down for the job but I was treated well even though I didn't get the job
He hires guards with no licenses.
Or gives past guard’s licenses to new guards he hires.
He always want to keep it quiet so no one would know, the only boss that works on reseda 2nd floor.
We had a situation but was timely responded by Operations and was followed by Mike. He visited site and delivered what he said. They are on all of our sites.
