Prevail Boxing reviews
19 The instructors were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in.
The gym setup, with its 5 stations, offered a diverse and engaging workout. 2 of these stations featured heavy bags, allowing for a great mix of cardio and strength training.
The pricing structure is quite reasonable - I used my class pass credits to attend plus A $15 participation fee is fair for the quality of the workout you receive. Additionally, the option to rent gloves for just $5 and purchase wraps for $10 provides convenience for those who may not have their own equipment.
Such a huge fan of this gym! All the coaches are welcoming and really help you bring it to the next level
Love the classes and instructors at Prevail Boxing! Tried a class with my husband through a recommendation and fell in love. Amazing workout and technique, and the instructors are all awesome. Gym is also clean and staff are friendly! They have lockers and water stations, and you get free gloves, wraps and water for your first class.
I just finished my first week at prevail and I love it.
The instructors are all dope, patient, and motivating!
There are a variety of classes to pick from each with their own level of intensity, and it is more of a learn as you go type of environment.
I don’t normally write review but I love Prevail soooooo much so I hope more people would know this place. It is my fav boxing studio here in LA. Love that every class attender here is so nice and cheer each other up in class. All the staff here are also absolutely amazing! Also big shout out to coach Aiko!
Love love love it here. What more can I say than get ready to sweat so good and feel even better after!
I took a class on a whim in January and have been coming regularly ever since! Their 45 minute Sweat classes fly by and are truly one of the best workouts. When I'm feeling extra ambitious, I'll take a Strength & Conditioning class before a Sweat class. I've appreciated how they've continuously added more classes including Boxing 1 which allows you to hone in on your boxing skills (Sweat classes are more HIIT-like). All of the coaches are so encouraging and the fellow classmates are kind and fun.
Sweat All Levels at Noho Prevail Boxing is an incredible boxing class. The gym is clean and energizing, and the instructors are passionate professionals who cater to all skill levels. The workout is intense and inclusive, combining cardio, strength training, and technique. It's a knockout experience that I highly recommend.
I’ve boxed on and off for the past few years but this is by far the best studio I’ve been to. Prevail sets itself apart by putting so much emphasis on its community. Egos can run so high in a fitness environment, especially in LA, but that’s never the case here. Everyone you meet — from the front of house staff, to the coaches, to your classmates — is so genuinely kind and willing to put forth a helping hand, which is SO important for people who are new to the sport. Prevail is THE spot. Cannot recommend enough.
After driving by the gym everyday I finally stopped by and I am so happy I did! I’m only on my 6th class but don’t plan on stopping there. I am learning so much and feeling so much stronger already!
All the teachers and staff are fantastic and the classes really have a good community vibe.
I love Prevail! I am very new to boxing, but so far the classes have been fun, challenging, and most importantly go by fast.
I have SO much fun at prevail it barely feels like I’m working out even though I’m dripping sweat by the end of class. The best boxing studio in LA!
Absolutely love this place. The energy, the mood, the people, the trainers - Rob is the best! I get the best workouts!
Was looking for a boxing studio closer to where I live and decided to take advantage of the $99 new client special to try the gym out. I’m glad I did! I have tried the all sweat classes strength and conditioning classes aswell as the recovery class and thoroughly enjoyed all of them. I have yet to try the boxing class but I’m sure it will be great too! The instructors are super cool and play energetic music to get the adrenaline going and also provide instruction on correct technique which is important to avoid injury. The studio feels like a little community a very kind environment. Definitely give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
Tucked away on Santa Monica Blvd is a Muay Thai gem waiting to be discovered. Prevail Boxing is a pristine West Hollywood gym where you'll find Coach Carlo, a lifelong Muay Thai practitioner and teacher. More than just a place to train, Prevail Boxing fosters an intimate community of fighters and students passionate about self-improvement.
Beyond the welcoming atmosphere, Prevail Boxing stands out for its impeccable cleanliness and top-notch training. Coach Carlo pushes you to achieve excellence in technique and execution without being overly pushy.
While group classes are rigorous, private lessons with Coach Carlo take your training to the next level. He is able to carefully analyze your skills and tailor your workouts to target your weaknesses while improving your strengths. Each lesson flows seamlessly from pad work to boxing to Muay Thai techniques, and no detail is left unrefined under Coach Carlo's watchful eye.
For anyone looking for a master Muay Thai coach, a squeaky clean gym, and a community that has your back, Prevail Boxing is the place to be. Located in West Hollywood and featuring Coach Carlo, this gym comes with my highest recommendation. Whether you are an amateur fighter or just getting started, reach out to Coach Carlo to take your first step towards excellence. Prevail Boxing will transform your body and mind.
