PRG Van Nuys

These people are absolutely unorganized. First they had a ton of delays for my order since they have trouble finding equipment all the time. It probably due to the fact that everything is unorganized. Next there’s a lack of communication. Nobody tells each other anything about updates on an order. They just send out the order and hope it comes up. Most of all the workers are miserable and look miserable. They appear very over worked and are grumpy when speaking to them. I would not recommend PRG to anyone who is having an event. Thanks for nothing PRG!
