The worst Experience ever! The women were not professional. Not willing to help you, accommodate or anything. No where on Priceline (where I booked) do it say they don’t take debit cards for down payments. I even tried to offer my credit card but I did not have the physical card on me! I even told them they can charge the full amount plus down payment to my card and do a refund of the down payment once I return the car but they said no. So I literally had to spend 4 hours looking for a car in California when we have one of the biggest pharmacy conference going on. But thank you for not accommodating me, Alamo Car Rental took great care of me and accepted my debit card! I highly recommend to stay away from this company. I didn’t read the reviews until now.

I took a chance on Priceless because of the substantially lower price vs.the other rental car companies. The shuttle service from the hotel was quick and convenient. The Upon arriving I waited 20 minutes to be helped. The female employee who helped me was polite and quick. Priceless does not take debit cards.and they require a declarations page from my auto insurer (I've never been asked for this when renting a car). Other than those two oddities, it was a good experience. I would recommend based on my experience.

It was too bad.
Service was not good.
I’ll definitely will not use again.
Be careful. Check appendix in contract carefully.
They charge insurance fee if you have not car insurance.

Great experience from start to finish, it was an easy pickup and drop off, the car was nicer than expected.without any issues, I would use them again

The worst experience ever, the staff was very rude and the only thing that was on point, was their lack of costumer service, I never will use this company again.

WARNING! They took an extra $1000 off my credit card for no reason and o have not been able to contact CS. Call everyday about 5 times. Reported fraud immediately but had to freeze my CC and order a new one until this is resolved. My car was prepaid 10 days ago with a deposit. This was just a random charge that tried to come out a couple days ago.
Still awaiting a resolution……

Great price. Car is not maintained well although it is pretty new.

I'd have to say one of the best car rentals I've ever experienced overall. The free shuttle is great and not having to navigate the airport in a rental was good.

Their location is a little weird. On the top floor of a parking garage, it's basically a little hall. It did take awhile in line to get the car, but honestly it's not their fault. There's an App and signs with a QR code and explanations everywhere on how to expedite. Once we were at the front of the line it took 5 minutes. Everyone else took 40 because they didn't follow the easy instructions and held everyone else up.

You do the inspection yourself. So get in there and document every little scratch. I do that at any car rental anyway.

I originally booked a Kia Kona for $192 for a week. Then my friend's Kia that isn't one you can steal has their window smashed by someone trying to. I didn't want to risk a Kia. I asked and they gave me a very nice brand new RAV4 with 23 miles on it without any additional charge.

The app was kinda wonky with returning it but once they opened they texted to say it was processed. I didn't really like that there was a $20 charge for returning outside business hours but a RAV4 at Enterprise would've been $700+ for the week.

They gave me no problems with insurance or trying to sell me extra insurance which is not my experience with every other rental agency. I did want to opt for the PrePaid fuel option but it's not offered since prices are changing so rapidly. I did opt for prepaid tolls. Probably didn't need the tolls. Don't think I used any but eh. Better than paying double.

I had some issues leaving with the ticket not being able to be scanned by the garage but it's not like they own the garage.

I'd definitely recommend them and use them again. And I'd tell everyone get your shtuff together while you're in line. And if the lines taking too long, tell everyone in front of you to get their stuff ready.

Feel free to look at my other reviews. I've rented from several places around the world. This is the only one with more than 2 stars from me.

So far a 1 star. I’ll circle back if things change. The directions given to get to rental agency took me to the wrong agency. Shuttle? ! 2 shuttles to get to agency. Required FULL declarations page, not noted in “required documents for pick up” Was a super hassle getting it on a Friday at 5 pm. Now.small dent and no one answers at customer service.
Lesson: pay the big bucks with no hassle.
Over 4 hours to pick up car. Not cool after a 3 am wake up for international flight.
No contact info, no forms emailed… not a scam but close to it.

Run away! They Never mention that you have to pay 28 dollars per day for the insurance (for us 800 dollars on top of the rental price ah oh was 200). They are Happy for you to go there and make you feel that you made a good deal (9dollar/day) and leave without a car because it’s at the end more expensive then the other companies and on top of that the customers service is one of the worst that I’ve ever seen.

I reserved a car through Orbits. When my flight landed I was notified the could not rent me a car. The did not give me my money back for the car I never received. DON'T RENT FROM THIS FRODULENT COMPANY

Car pickup was odd. They’re located off airport on the 4th floor of a hotel parking garage. Return was worse- the worker immediately began circling the car saying that there were scratches they needed to charge for and other items to charge for- we argued the scratches with archived photos, which they admitted were not from us, but she continued to find ways to charge more. Eventually we were charged $100 for cleaning even though they literally clean each vehicle before the next renters use them. Would not recommend. Should have checked Travelocity listing more closely- but trusted the Travelocity brand and their listings. Can’t believe they support this business- disappointing.

Rented a mini Van from Aug. 16-25,2023 around 6: 30pm
There were two customer service agent
The first guy was so rude, not helping, not willing to explain simple question. Not only to me I saw him doing the same to other cusomers while I am waiting.
When he is out I approach the second agent and he is the one who help me to finalize the rent.
The securtity deposit I made on 08/16/2023 should be refunded to be around 08/30/2023.
Called the office number no answet just says leave a message and left message no reply.
Contact the regional office and the regional office contact them by email and finally I got my refund October 24,2023 (after two month)
I don`t advise Priceless Car Rental to any one.

Very long wait. Delays in leaving parking lot 3 times due to expired “validated” tickets they handed out.

Pay more for better service and save your time elsewhere.

Easily the worst car rental experience I've had. The money saved for the car rental price is not worth the time wasted waiting for the shuttle that arrives every half hour, the line that we waited in for 2 hours, and the exceptionally bad customer service. We wasted hours waiting in the hot sun and when we got to the counter, they did not have the SUV car class we purchased. Instead they downgraded us to a compact and refused to refund the difference. They asked for an excessive amount of documents to be sent to them via email without any real privacy protection in place.

Based on this experience, I am expecting some sneaky charges to show up. If you get caught up in this trap, take plenty of pictures before and after to protect yourself. But stay far away if you can.

Purchase the online service and pick up the vehicle at the Los Angeles Airport headquarters. It is important that other users know the conditions of service of this Priceless Car Rental location. Understand that the price offered is a marketing strategy that catches your attention, but the hidden charges to receive the vehicle made me pay much more than I would have paid with another car rental chain. The complexity of the company's policies means that the waiting time is very long (wait 90 minutes to be served) and they will have to do it under the Los Angeles sun because there is no waiting area for customers. The negative experience of other customers influences the character of the customer service staff who appear moody, their body and oral language is passive-aggressive, they do not identify with the corporate culture because they repeat over and over again that they are not Priceless and that the corporation's online policies do not apply at that headquarters because the software they use is not interconnected with that of the corporation. My experience was definitely so negative that for now I think I will not purchase the services of this company again.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had renting … anything. I wish I looked at the reviews before booking with this company. We got to LA for my partners birthday trip, waited in a 2 hour long line out in the sun, with 10-12 separate customers. The “customer service” workers, aka anyone they can find off the street, were so rude to all of the people in line. They didn’t end up giving us a car at the end of the wait, because my partners credit card couldn’t be used to place the deposit when my name was on the booking. I asked what she could do for me since I’ve waited so long and she literally said “nothing, you have options at other companies. ” They think that because their prices are so good that they can treat their customers poorly. Do not waste your time booking with this company. Spend the extra $200 at a reputable company.

Confusing business. The airport aids don't understand how to get to the business. Lucky for us, we went back and read the entire email for directions. Getting a vehicle wasn't bad because it wasn't busy. Dropping off is another story.give yourself plenty of time just getting to the airport. Priceless doesn't have a process for dropping vehicles off, the hotel shuttle bus comes every 25 minutes filling up quickly, and traffic at LAX is terrible. Last note, read the other reviews and take lots of photos documenting the vehicles appearance inside and out. Would not rent from again.
