Thought my gone was done. Sultan brought it back to life. So surprised, fast and reasonable priced. Definitely coming back!

I came in today because my screen broke and the men their helped me out and fixed it in about a hour. They even cleaned my charging port

Sent my laptop for repair & cleaning. They repaired my laptop, but did a very sloppy job cleaning it. The cover of my Laptop is permanently scratched up, and I had to make a 2nd visit because they recklessly left a piece of debris inside my laptop after cleaning it. I will never visit here again and will look elsewhere. I'm very upset that I paid to have permanent scratches on my laptop. I feel like this place robbed me, therefore I updated the rating due to the great experience I had recently with my last repair at "Personal Computer Sales and Service" in Sherman Oaks. This place is worthless, pathetic & horrible compared to my recent PC repair. Avoid this place at all costs.

The staff was very well informed, kind, and helpful. The technician was very communicative about concerns and really tried to help me get exactly what I wanted. I am so happy with the turnout of the product and I will probably be bringing my future devices to this location.

Very bad experience, when I took my laptop in for repair, they looked at it and asked me to replace it with a bigger and newer ssd hard drive, but it wasn't really the hard drive that was the problem at all. They just want to make more money and not fix things. Please stay away from this store.

I came in today for an iPhone 11 screen replacement! Service was friendly and quick, my phone was done in an hour within walking in (no appt.) and the price was pretty affordable for what I needed. I’ve had my phone fixed here in the past and it lasted A very long time (only had to go back because I drop my phone so much, nothing at all was wrong with their previous installation!) thank you for the great service!
