Karo was able to help me find the exact part in need in for my M3 in under a minute. Now thats customer service! Most of my parts have been for my BMW M3 but you can find literally anything in there.

I would like to start off by saying thank you to Pride Auto for helping me save over $700 on my 2011 BMW M3 Door Mirror. Someone hit my car and broke my mirror. I went to local bodyshops and everyone was quoting me well over $1100 for a new mirror. Luckily I searched online and found Pride called them and they quoted me $400 for it. To be honest I didn't believe it until I went over to their shop Gary was the one that helped me he was very professional and friendly and I won't stop recommending these guys to friends and family! Pride is my go-to shop for parts on my E46 M3. They always have great prices and good quality parts. I just recently sourced an airbag ecu from them. One of the main reasons I like pride over the other shops is that the owner has a BMW enthusiasts and owner himself so he's incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend giving them a call.

Don't bother. I asked for a price on a used part and they quoted me $50 more than it costs at the dealer, BRAND NEW. These people will try and rip you off.

They have to be one of the best in the business. Gary is very knowledgeable and gave me a great deal on my Mercedes door cheaper than anywhere else. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!
