Pride N Joy Grooming, Chula Vista CA

I got here since it’s close to our community and trying to support local. One time I got re-scheduled and have to re-arrange our whole schedule so we can do the grooming on a Sunday. Came there owner couldn’t even say good morning and talked to me rude regarding my dog having matted beard knowing that he has seizures. Then my other dog was scheduled and long behold it got cancelled again. I wouldn’t go back here since that inter action.

Absolutely the best experience for me and my dog. They're very accommodating to my situation which is my puppy not being fully vaccinated yet (he has one last series of shots left) and that he can't see well due to his long fur covering his eyes and his nails are getting really long. Being a first-time dog owner, I'm wary of trimming hair close to his eyes so I wanted to seek an experienced groomer instead.
I couldn't pick up my puppy on-time due to work-related matters and they were so understanding. I have free grooming services through Petco but I think I'll stick with this grooming service from now on. Worth every penny. Most of all, my puppy was just having a great time at this place.

After trying out different groomers we finally found one! My little sweetheart Paisley, refused to let anyone groom her. Then we came here and total game changer. Now she comes home w/ a super cute hair cut. She looks amazing and walks like she's Fancy! The staff is amazing and we feel right at home their!

Pride N Joy did a great job on my pomeranian even though she's squirms a lot during her grooming session. They have a nice selection of food, treats and toys, also. I'm happy they've moved into the neighborhood.

Me and my sister bring our dogs here and we love them! I love that they give report cards on how your pet did and let you know know what to look out for to make your pet more comfortable. The shop also has awesome toys and goodies to buy.

I’ve been bringing my puppy Mimosa in almost on a weekly basis since they opened up. I have been very pleased each time with their services. The staff is really nice too! Mimosa always come back home looking so fresh, soft and even more beautiful!

I love this place! They did such an amazing job on my dog she has never before been groomed so beautifully the staff is also caring and kind 100% recommended

My usual groomers were pretty booked but thank God this place just opened up!

We took our boy Dempsey there for the first time today and were so pleased! They offer so many different options, especially for his itchy and sensitive skin. He came home with a cute bandana and smelling so good. We will definitely be back!

They did a wonderful job on my large, long-haired Australian shepherd mix! My dog’s fur is silky and they did wonders deshedding her, plus a tidy trim. Staff was very friendly and when their computer system was having trouble, the manager took the time to help her staff, which shows they care about both their staff and customers. I will definitely come back.

It's my dog's first time and we sure are very happy with their service. They did everything that I specifically asked and my dog looked so much cuter

Took our dog Scout here and are very pleased! Super nice staff and listened to how we wanted him groomed and executed very well. He is now one handsome pup 10/10 recommend
