Came to Rodeo39 to check out all the food options and they all of anything that look yummy, did not disappoint. I really liked the idea of fresh steaks being displayed and them grinding fresh meat into burgers. I tried a burger and it did not disappoint wish they just had a simple cheese burger to highlight that beautiful meat patty, the toppings stole its glory. Would recommend to others.

i got the truffle burger and it was extremely savory with all good flavors hitting you at the same time.if i were to describe it in 3 words it would be well seasoned, juicy, and the medium rare was cooked very well.one thing of note for this burger is that the sun dried tomatoes really sell it.we also ordered a side of truffle fries and unlike most places, Primal Cuts seemed to nail the flavor of truffle on the spot.it was both a mix of sweet and salty but overall really great.additionally i do believe their ketchup is made in house and doesn’t taste like your everyday ketchup but in a good way.it was a little difficult for me to understand the flavors.overall the experience is a 10/10 and definitely a good burger place to check out

Although my sample size is small and palate unrefined, relative to all the other burgers I have ever tried and remembered, fast-food or bustling restaraunt, the burgers here are not only unparalleled in flavor but affordable for their quality. Every individual part of the burger is excellent, and is combined for even better taste. As an example, I tried the tomatoes and pickles; of which I despise pickles in general and absolutely cannot stand raw tomato. The pickles were crisp and sour and the tomatoes were not raw in the first place: they are dried to be sweet and somewhat savory. All this for 15$, the same as most dishes at a restaraunt or a little more than a combo at the average fast food place. What I have tried but did not like as much was the house-made primal ketchup; with fries it is too coarse and watery to simply slather on and falls off the fries, and is just sweet, with presumably no vinegar or flavoring besides ground tomato.

My god. The smash burgers here. The insane texture and flavor of the garlic smash burgers. Their OG burger is pretty solid but the smash burger. The crispy double patties. The crunch and juice. Weekday special but a must.

Sensationally fantabulous food. This is the GOLD STANDARD, without exception. What's good on their menu? EVERYTHING. What's great on their menu? EVERYTHING ELSE.

The smash burger deal! Is great 2 for $12, perfect for you and a significant other or a friend. The garlic smash burger, chef’s kiss! The steaks are good as well, definitely did not disappoint. Very satisfied with the great food at this place.

I stopped by for lunch, and I cannot recommend this place enough! I got the filet mignon with broccolini and mashed potatoes. Everything had amazing flavor, and the steak was cooked perfectly! If you enjoy a quality steak, come to Rodeo 39 and check them out!

This is a great spot at Rodeo 39 for dry aged meats. Their food is on the pricey side, but well worth it, especially the steaks

Smash burger was sooo good. You can tell all the ingredients are good quality. Soft buttery bun, obviously excellent beef, yummy sauce. Like a luxury shake shack burger (no tomato/lettuce). Great weekday deal - two smash burgers for $12.

Best steak I’ve ever had. Not sure why some people are complaining. Ordered the ribeye medium rare and I got 15% off with my friends code. Can’t complain. My sides of mashed potatoes and broccoli were on point. A bit pricey but that’s usually what you pay for steak.

Stopped by yesterday for a late dinner with my family and a few friends. This was our first time trying Primal Cuts. It looked promising. The steaks look amazing and they are all aged for full Bodied flavor.
I ordered a ribeye, medium rare in garlic butter with mushrooms and broccolini. My broccolini was more burnt than grilled. My mushrooms were lightly flavored, no overpowering flavor, but tasty. My steak was overcooked. It appears to have been cooked medium not medium rare. It was a bit too tough/chewy to eat and the ends were pretty burnt, not the usual delicious char from the grilling. The steak was also cut into strips before it is served which allowed for most of the juices (that were left) on the meat to escape. I was disappointed.
My husband ordered the ribeye as well, also medium rare in truffle butter with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The asparagus was delicious. Again, light flavoring but tasty. The mashed potatoes were also pretty good. My husband was also disappointed t-@5 his steak was overcooked. Again, his was also cut into strips which dried it out even more before it even reach out table.
I dislike buying cans or bottled drinks. If you want fountain drinks, you may want to go to another food vendor as there are no fountain drinks offered at this location.
Would I recommend? Probably not considering steak is pricey compared to other foods and it was lacking.

Save your money.

Great tasting burger but just felt when a place displays meat like this in front of you then your burger should be 1/2 pound paddy vs 1/3 pound. Think meat display deserves very think paddy. I got the Truffle Butter Burger and again, great taste and fries were crisp and on point.

Flavorless. It's like they never heard of just plain old salt and pepper. Very disappointing when he can be fixed by just seasoning. Over priced as well.

September 13 - Just stood in line right at the counter staring at 3 employees behind the glass. One male on the grill, one male pouring sauces into a bottle and a girl who saw me proceeded to come out to only leave the kiosk with zero acknowledgment. The stall that is the least busiest, with 3 employees apparently working on 1 order. Customer service is infuriating here.
