4If I can leave no star I would! I had an appointment as a new patient and was told I needed my prescription medication bottle in order to be seen for my appointment. Problem is I moved from San Luis Obispo and no longer had the prescription bottle and was told I can not be seen until I had possession of it. I’ve never encountered a doctors office where the doctor refused to see you if you didn’t have the medication on hand or was not able to prescribe you medication once you explained an issue you are having. The receptionist brushed it off and told me that’s just how the doctor works. If you care about your health and peace of mind save your time and avoid this place at all cost.
My family members and myself are patients of both Dr. Magina and Dr. Sanchez. They’re very thorough in listening to your health problems and they are compassionate with their patients. We highly recommend them.
Dr. Magina has been my mom's primary physician for approximately the past 10+ years. She has been very caring and attentive, very communicative. She and her staff are highly trained and we highly and frequently recommend her.
