7Great professionals. I been a consumer at this medical center for over 20 yrs
I was in need of care and I feel that my physician was very through and understanding of my personal needs and care.
The Front Office Staff was friendly and made every effort to accommodate me. Dr. Harris however prescribed 5 different medications for me without even looking through my history. Additionally he wanted me to have a chest xray and he didn't even listen to my lungs, look in my throat or ears. I get better care at Urgent Care from this Doctor. Very disappointing especially since it was the first time in months I've been able to be seen by a primary after Dr. Bowers and Brown left Adventist Health.
Takes 4 appointments to get your teeth cleaned, appointments are months out and staff does answer phone?
Dr Kim does great work. Her dentistry and dental team, has improved my quality of life!
I had to cancel my appointment so had to call in and I left a message and I'm still got nothing back yet. You leave a message and they never call you back to renew your appointment. I've called four times still nothing back
Dr. Bowers is extremely caring and goes above and beyond to help her patients.
