This was the third mistake by this office. I will now look for a different endocrinologist to see, preferably outside your network

My meeting with Dr Softa went extremely well. I gave him a 5 star rating. However, I called his office once a day for 3 days and talked to the ladies in the office. I had questions about several items and wanted to speak with Dr Softa’s assistant. I was told each day that I would be contacted by someone to answer my questions. I did not receive any calls and finally made the decision to stop the new medication until I was able to meet or talk with the Doctor. Extremely poor office response to my request for contact. 2 stars at best for the office.

The doctor assistants are very helpful and nice. Doctor Softa always takes his time to listen to the patients and he doesn't make you feel rushed like in other medical offices.

I had to reschedule my first appointment because the dr was over 2 hours behind. On my next appointment he was over an hour behind, so I cancelled my appointments all together. Very bad service.

Very disappointed. My doctor left, and i was never given another doctor. I left messages to speak to the manager/ ombudsman and still have not gotten a call

I’ve been going to Adventist for around 8 years. I see Iain Gallego and he’s helped me more than any primary Dr I’ve been to. If he doesn’t have an answer for your problem he will look until he finds one or send you to the best specialist he knows for it. He is very interested in helping you and giving you the best care. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend them.

Had to call twice for labs to be sent to Quest. Then had to actually go to the doctors office to actually get the labs orders. Total fiasco. The second time this has happened.

Came a few years ago experience was fine

Needed medical opinions on some warts, a skin rash, back x-rays, and general physical and blood work check

I call to make appointment my original doctor ambika softa is injured can’t see her for a few weeks. I understand fine can I see another doctor … no no no I was told then I told them look I have over 100 mosquito bites and some skin issues and would like to be seen asap.they make an appointment with dr arun softa for general checkup but they also make an appointment a week later with dr ambika softa for the rest. I see Dr arun he looks at me says all good I will prescribe some cream for your rash your bites look fine he called for blood work and an X-ray which I did downstairs and i was expected to come back following week to have physical go over blood work and X-rays also the warts to be burned off

Wait a few days call rite aid.never received prescription so I call and they say they’ll work on it

Day before appointment I get a call that ambika is still hurting can’t take your appointment can be seen next week

When I go see a doctor I DONT HAVE PAID TIME OFF! I’m independent. I litterally loose a days of work

I’m like why can’t I switch doctors and the lady helping me informs me that I can I just have to fill out a form since I have PPO I can … I guess some other people can’t and the First Lady thought I was one of those not sure

I have a video appointment for bloodwork I’m hopeing I don’t know if she will do X-rays I know the warts won’t be burned off so I will have to go again and miss more work time

I’m frustrated I had my arm poked walked in for an X-ray which took hours a week later no prescription … no warts removed … no X-ray results …

3 visits going to be needed in a 4-6 week time

When it should have been 2 visits in a 2-3 week time frame

I hope it gets better and if it does I’ll adjust my review … everyone is nice but this isn’t right

Excellent care from doctor and front office staff was pleasant and accommodating on aching next visit.

This place is a place of employs who are very compassanent, concrete, caring, and they go out of their way to meet all your health needs. I am very sad that the provider I was seeing is leaving for personal reasons, and I have to wait in hopes they find someone to replace her. If not I will need to find someone else on my own, and that would be the only think that I don't like. I'm going to really miss PA Ms. Li, she has been so good to me. She takes her job very serious and again will go out of her way to help with finding the right Specialist when needed for your health care. I hope they fine someone to replace her that will be as caring as she is. Sincerely with much appreciation Pamela Webb

Adventist Health provides the most thorough care I have ever received. I’ve always been greeted with kindness. Very short waiting room time. And everyone really seems to care. Nurse practitioner LI is the best she She is so thorough and keeps up on the health of your entire body. She is very kind. She listens and over looks nothing when it comes to my entire body health. I would and have recommended Adventist Health to everyone

The last 2 appointments I scheduled the PA never called but I called the office the first time because I was not called they had to make me another appointment way out which I counted every day for the day before my phone appt I called the office to make sure I would be getting my FaceTime appointment they confirmed, the day of my appointment i called before the time because i didn't get the notice for the appt the lady said yes you are scheduled she will call you.after my appointment time i called they said she was running behind and would for sure call me before end of day. She did not! I have heart failure I am going to have heart Surgery I'm in a wheelchair and my husband has an injured hip that's why I needed the phone appt and I needed the results from my blood work she had me take. I also went to the hospital with pneumonia and they said to follow up with my primary! I don't know what to do. I did not cancel these appointments I did all I could but I was Never called. I'm glad you sent me this form and I really hope I get a response. Thank you

I had good experience my doctor really helped me good nurses and staff all are very helpful. Very professional and patient, good doctor

Worst experience with Doctor Ambika Softa. I tried to give her a chance but she’s not into being a doctor to treat sick patients or help them get better. Never felt so discriminated for my insurance that the doctor doesn’t care to treat me. I’m sure there’s better doctors elsewhere.

Dr Maheshwari, has been my PCP for yrs, Dr & staff have been excellent, conscientious & caring personality is their motto. I would recommend them without a second thought.

Doctor Ambika is very caring and nice. She listens to all of my problem and there is no wait time. Hardly 5-10 mins the most.

Dr. M. Softa was friendly and seemed interested in me and my health. However, when I tried to make an appointment at Quest Imaging women’s facility (owned by Adventist Health) I was told that men who identify as women are also seen at this “Women’s Facility”. I explained that I would be uncomfortable sitting in the patient room in a gown and no bra, if there would be men present in the room. The representative said it would only be a “man who identifies as a woman”. I said if men (of any kind) are allowed in, then it shouldn’t be called a “women’s facility”. I’m disappointed in this woke ideology and policy adopted by a supposedly Christian organization. If they’re allowing men - fine - just don’t call it a “women’s facility”!
