Very unhappy Don Daniels isn’t with you guys he was an amazing. But I’m happy seeing Gloria.

The doctor that saw me was so caring and nice she went above and beyond to make sure I was ok

My first appointment was canceled because billing department did not know how to verify my insurance. They said, I owed a $180 copay. Juanita called the insurance and rebooked my appointment. Then a few days before my second scheduled appointment, the doctor quit. This was for the Mojave clinic. I decided to go to another provider in Lancaster.

People seem pretty decent. However, they couldn’t be bothered to call me to tell me that they decided to be closed the day that I was scheduled to have my TB test read. After getting there and finding out they were closed for the day I had to call and get someone to lend me money and a vehicle to get to cal city to the other office to get my TB test read, or start the testing all over again.

I have been going here for a while and I also bring my kids here. The doctors & nurses are super friendly, responsive and answer all questions and concerns with care. They try their hardest to work with my crazy busy schedule and make us feel comfortable and welcome. I never wait long with an appointment scheduled and get taken back to be seen in a very timely manner. Thank you for all you do Mojave Adventist.

It was a fast pleasant experience. Everyone was nice and very helpful. I would definitely tell people to go there.

Came for annual exams, and when my back started developing issues and intense pain I was basically told to stretch lose weight and gave prescription ibpropfen. Pain got worse literally crawling around, unable to function Came back got xrays, told they would call I'd anything looked off. No call pain subsided for awhile. Pain flare up again can hardly walk no sleep as I am in extreme discomfort, seek out second opinion and xray from somewhere else.xray confirms issues with My spine and disc's. Brought the xrays with me, Bobby still just says no pain relief just stretch. Er visit after pain becomes almost debilitating, they help more xryas better pain management, and I follow up with Adventist Again. I ask to see a Doctor not Bobbi, finally get orders for a MRI. Report shows back is in bad condition extremely inflamed, surgery is likely needed. Not once Did Bobby take me seriously. Dismissed all of my pain, and would always send a student in to gather information, before she'd come in the room for less than 5 minutes to talk with me. New insurance and new Doctor now. The experience was traumatic. I paid almost $3000 out of pocket to find out what was going on because the pain was not tolerable and her treatment plan was not cohesive of just some stretching. My back deteriorated as she just sent me out the door with no help or answers. The Doctor there that I did see was helpful, the staff also seemed helpful but Bobby absolutely used medical gaslighting and never took more than 5 minutes to speak with me or take any of my concerns seriously.
