Dr Nadeem is trying to be a good doctor-But a provider is only as good their office. Staff gave me Diamonds PERSONAL email address to Send my private health records to. I kept the all the emails and the original sticky Note In my journal. It was humiliated.

What’s wrong with this office and their billing and customer care? I’d ask them to refer me to specialist twice and both times they failed to do so. On top of that I received bills for something I didn’t get done.
