Jan was a guiding light through our whole first home purchase. She helped to get us the best loan with the best possible locked-in interest rate. She gave us regular updates, never left us hanging, and even helped us while she was on vacation! If I had to do this all over again, I'd definitely call Jan again (and i will!).
