Love the size variety of washers and dryers. Front and back entrance. Parking in back. Convenient location to me. Not super expensive. The lady who maintains the place in the evening is very nice.
Yes there's washers and dryer that don't work but really doesn't affect me much. Not a big deal. Looks nice on the inside. Definitely recommend

This place deserves no stars. I've never seen a laundromat with so many out of order washing machines. Pathetic!

The Asian lady in the morning took out the blanket from the washer while I went to the bank to get more money to wash additional clothes. I have a major problem with that because there were other washers available that were more expensive, but the other customers were too cheap to use and that’s why they removed my blanket! Total bs!

Look, is it in a 'questionable'part of town? Yes, it is. Mainly because it has a lot of customers who are differing shades of brown and are lower middle class or below. That's right, I said it. People have the unrecognized biases that are 'hidden', because of one of the unique parts of modern times, the "self-created social media echo chambers. "
Fact is, I have been coming here since 2017. They are ALWAYS friendly. Always helpful. Firm, and have STILL stayed late just for my load of laundry, when they didn't have to.
Authentic, understanding, and helpful people are a challenge to find in today's world. That desearves 5 stars in MY book. Thank you PL, keep up the good work keeping it real!

Went here when our usual spot was full and liked it alot. I come here alot now. Clean, many machines and the 2 biggest PLUS is that there is aTOYS area for kids to play with and you can use CREDIT CARDS to pay at machines. Their vending machine is always stocked with snacks and cold drinks.

Have been trying to get my money back after $400+ worth of my stuff was stolen from this place almost six months ago. They have been promising to pay and dragging their feet. When I went to confront the staff one day no one was onsite. I waited for an hour. There were racks of clean laundry by the door, waiting to be picked up, which could have been easily stolen. On another occasion I spoke with an attendant who opened a cabinet during our conversation exposing a dirty dog bed and several pieces of pizza crusts riddled with teeth marks which came tumbling onto the floor. She admitted that there were several employees there who didnt do their job, often leaving the site for several hours unattended.
