They rig bids, I’ve won 2 items now where I was outbid. Unfortunately the most recent item was $3000 and broken

Minus star if i can give.
(1) Not only they manipulate the online bidding by own bid ;
(2) They still sell your winning item to others at premium. Even if you won the bidding, it still shows as "May have won", meaning their other kind of auction platforms (on site or phone) may still purchase your winning item at premium price. ;
(3) They sell damaged item. They are garbages

They definitely manipulate the bidding. If I wanted to pay full price I would of just gone to the store and bought it brand new! Be careful of this Auction site super sketchy they would outbid their clients just so we pay higher prices! Ever wonder why some items stay on their catalog for months!

Most of their things are missing pieces and a person that works their bids so actual customers can go up on their bids until a desired price. Go to another auction. An honest one with working things.

Some people have had issues clearly, but when I arrived (in the morning) I was in and out in under 25 minutes and the staff was super helpful. They had all my items and I was very pleased!

Great deals, but excellent disorganized and hectic pick up experience. I waited 45 minutes to pick up a simple home improvement tool, definitely not doing this again.

They have good stuff but when bidding the own owners are out bidding you. What a scam. I was bidding on a desk and I got outbidided the next day I noticed they charged me the amount. When it clearly stated in the auction I didn't win the item. They jack up the prices by them bidding on there own items to see how much higher then can push you. You can tell as when you look at who else is bidding on other stuff its the SAME person time after time after buying a couple things you start realizing it's the own owners. What a bad way to do buisness if they want to get a certain amount for it start at that price don't do fake bids.
