For a quick clean up, this place rocks. My only complaint is that often all the soap doesn't get rinsed.

Not happy. There’s no email to send my complaints too so here it is. The YOUNG blonde hair adult employee poorly guided me into the car wash today. She verbally explained to me as if I were 10yrs old and she’s the adult explaining in a rude way. Im 4xs her age, Im sure. Probably will not be returning here. I guess I will be going closer to home off the 210.

I pay the monthly fee. It’s worth it. The service is good. Most of the service if Automated other than vacuuming your car. I removed the second tunnel because I have ceramic coating and the first tunnel does great.

Decent car wash, some of the vacuums are clogged or broken. You need to try and remember which ones are good.
Still clogged from time to time. But still decent.

I have a membership here. It is Sunday morning got here at 7am when they are supposed to be open. People were waiting and nobody came out and they finally opened at 7: 38. This place needs better customer service. If there was an issue then someone could have communicated that to all of us waiting.

The bottom 1/4 of my car was still dirty & the wheels were streaked by the flapping washers.

We got the Wash and Wax option. There are 2 tunnels. My car was clean, shiny, and dry. Minus the self-vacuum station, I believe it was about 9 minutes.

Man whatever genius replaced the old japanese restaurant several years ago got it right. I go to this place at least twice a month. It is well run and very easy to get in and out. And the prices are reasonable.

It's a decent carwash. It doesn't really wash the back of my vehicle very well, but then it is a drive thru.

Sometimes have to run your vehicle twice through the wash but they don't give you a hard time about it.

Too good to be true? Yup! Started here when they first opened. This has been the only car wash my brand new vehicle has gone to. It was great until it wasn't.

We had technical issues resulting in streaks of wax on my brand new vehicle multiple times, a dismissive manager, then a sudden price hike nearly $10 after being a loyal customer through the difficulties. They did get a new manager, which helped address the technical issues (regular maintenance on the equipment), but with a high turnover of staff, I consistently had to remind staff to completely dry my vehicle to avoid wax streaks.
I would not recommend the dry/ wax option if you have a white vehicle. It has created a layer of wax on top of partially cleaned paint, which now must be professionally buffed out. My vehicle has wax on top of dirt. So all the money I thought I was saving I'll have to now spend to correct my paint.

Get the coupon book for great value. This hands on car wash. The equipment does most of the work.

The wash and wax are pretty good. They need improvement with the ArmourAll machine so you don't have to wait for someone to put it on manually.

Good/typical value for the services available.

Price starts at $7 for the basic car wash + free vacuum all the way to $24 at the time of this review. They have at least 30 car ports to vacuum/dry your car which is pretty good for the location they are in. The car ports are clean too. They have the usual vacuum suctions + air compressor to dry your car at each car port. They don't have a spot to hang your car mat so you can thoroughly vacuum your car mats outside your vehicle. Other than that, pretty good car wash experience.

Great price. Car wash is excellent. Only problem is their vacuuming system don't all work I had to move my vehicle three times before I could find one that worked well

There was a very nice young lady helping me out in which wash to pick or is more beneficial it’s nice to have employees like that around us, thank you yulisa.

You guys need to change those horrible stickers that you put on the windshield that actually damage the glass. Don’t let them stick those stickers on the glass window it’s literally a mission to take off

I like the car wash, but wanted to ask a question regarding my receipt, I had a second car wash, to be done by 1/4/23.
But had two day grace period, Tried calling several times, different times, no one answered the phone. Since it rained up the ntil Thursday 1/5/23 I was wondering if I could get a few Xtra days on my ticket, I won't be able to come till Sunday due to work
