This place is awesome!
Everyone here is so nice so caring I totally recommend anyone who needs blood work done to go to Primex!

We run a non-profit Mental/Behavioral Health Clinic and have been working with Primex Labs since 2013. When we started with Primex, they were able to help us reduce the cost on the over 15,000 tests they perform for us each year. On top of that, they were able to perform a needs assessment, deliver supplies and train our staff at over 23 different clinics, and did so in less than 30 days!

We have used Primex Labs for over three years. They deliver general clinical laboratory services to our practice. Primex has provided high quality lab services in a highly responsive and service-oriented manner, during this time. We are very pleased with their services.

In the time we have been with Primex Labs (over 6 years), they have been able to significantly reduce our testing costs. Since we work with low-income individuals, this has been an important factor in our relationship with Primex Labs. Although they have saved us money, the real advantage is that the level of service has not taken a backseat! They are highly responsive to our needs and operate from a service first perspective.

I want to provide the highest praise and recommendation to the Primex Lab team. My medical practice has used Primex for several years and ALWAYS have had services that were of the highest standards and results that are accurate and returned faster than any other lab, I have used to date.

Even in these challenging times of COVID-19, Primex has delivered when I required VERY prompt results for all types of testing including COVID-19 PCR and Immunoassay.

A special thanks to Mike Hughes, Primex Sales Manager, who has been the very strong connection between my practice and the Primex laboratory. He has always been available and has assisted me countless times to ensure my medical staff and I have the best experience with the least amount of unnecessary follow-up and hassles. This place is a waste of time. Haven't heard from them in over a year as now I'm getting billed for $14.00. Guess they don't train their stuff and now want us to pay for their mistakes. Avoid this place

Sent my insurance information twice already.didnt hear from them for over a year then all of a sudden oh look another bill stating i still owe. F that. My insurance said it should have been been taken care of the 1st time. The second time i sent my info out of curtesy incase the dummies didnt get the 1st time. Looks like they f'd up the second time too. Waste of time. Find somewhere better.

Great billing department. Had a problem with my insurance and Natalie solved it right away. My lab results reached my Doctors office before he expected them.

Be careful because they are over billing me and told me too bad. Then they admitted there was a problem Then I start getting harassed by one of the many billing clowns. These guys are a mess, and da billing department does not speak English well. I advise going elsewhere.
