They did an ‘emergency’ alteration of my military uniforms (taken in after a lot of weight loss) and they turned out great!

I was welcomed as soon as I entered the door and asked how I was doing. The place is super clean, smells clean, and I saw plenty of garments in different stages: ready to be worked on, ready to pick up, and people trying on their items. The people were friendly and knowledgeable and made sure that the items were inspected to satisfaction. I brought in a pajama set for dry cleaning and they did an amazing job! Affordable, cleaned, ironed, ready for the world!

Absolutely amazing shop hands down! I had a bridesmaid dress that needed major alterations because of my small figure. The dress came in larger than expected. I didn’t need to make an appointment. I went in and in the same day they fitted me for the dress. The turnaround time was perfect! I received my dress back in less than a weeks time. The friendliest people you could meet. Professional and my dress looks like it was made for me! I didn’t try it on there after so Mona even told me how to pack the dress in my suitcase to make sure it doesn’t wrinkle on me. Muna did an incredible job of altering my wife's wedding dress for our wedding. She took a poor fitting dress and made it look like it was constructed to fit her body perfectly. Muna altered her dress in record time and prepared the dress for us to travel for our out-of-state wedding. I would highly recommend Muna to others.

Muna and her team do excellent work! My wedding dress needed significant changes, but throughout the process I was never worried about the end result. The dress turned out perfect! Everyone was very friendly and professional, I will recommend them to everyone.

I was recommended Primo by a friend who had a good experience and I wish I could say the same about mine. I have a lot of alterations I want to do to my dress like adding straps, hemming train, overall fix the fitting, etc. I'm aware this is an expensive and timely process so I went in for my consultation 8 month before my wedding date. When I told Muna all the things I wanted done she responded "why didn't you buy a different dress. " I was warned that she could be direct but I would say she past the point of direct and was belittling and out of line. Halfway through the consultation she said "I'm not even sure if I want to do it" but then continued to talk about what she could do. I can respect if it was more work than she was willing to take on, but her poor customer service was shocking. I'm disappointment because they have such great reviews but my experience did not match. I can not attest to the work she does, but after my experience I will not be returning to see.
