I got 3 tires, my husband got 2. We didn't have to wait. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Fast friendly service. Would reccomend. Very cheap too

Am disappointed. I waited patiently for 3 hours but the staff were friendly. I wasn’t told how long the wait would be but I was acknowledged. Main reason I am not satisfied is because I felt like my money and car issue wasn’t as important as the others. All I needed was one break pad replaced because of a semi stripped bolt that I didn’t want to strip any further.

Purchased 2 used front tires they were installed by 2 young kids my steering wheel started shaking as soon as I got these junk tires plus both tires didn't even last me a month they had patched wholes everywhere. When I called they said they couldn't do anything about it because they were used

Great people and hard workers but the owners are scandalous as hell. Paid 150$ for 2 new front tires plus warannty covered for 40,000. Miles. Next week i had a small puncture on one of the new tires. Took my car back to primos and showed my receipt of purchase and they still charged me 15$ to patch it. Unbelievable!

Stayed open 2 more hours to help me out with my brakes. I highly recommend this place.go hear for all your tire and brake needs

Walked in. Requested the service and they multi-task and shared the work by completing the services as first come first served. I came last and finished last. The job was done quick and efficiently. I always come to have my tires change/replaced and rotated at Primo's Tire and will continue to do so.

Went to there shop for a simple tire rotation and they damaged my braking system and didn’t want to take responsibility. Had to file a complaint. When I tried to call them they would just ignore the call. Do go there.

Good customer service. The Honda dealership was trying to charge me $60 for a tire rotation. Primo only charged me $15

They was very unprofessional I sat in my car over 20 minutes waiting for a worker just to get a used tire I just left now tony tires on ave I is way better and cheap
