2I have lived here for almost 25 years, original home owner. It's very quiet and peaceful at night. People keep to themselves but once in awhile we will get renters that are noisy or argumentative, but that doesn't last too long as those types usually move on. Owners unable to sell have rented, and there is a change in the culture due to that. People do not place their trash inside the dumpster. Less pride of ownership. Ross Morgan, property managers, tries their best to keep everything manicured and clean. The periodic burglaries we have are due to being so close to Jake's way. It's common to hear gunshots and see police helicopters just east of us on weekend nights. We are freeway close. And it's nice to have Target, Costco, Stater Brothers, PetSmart, and Starbucks anywhere from 15 seconds to two minutes away. Can't beat that.
I have lived here for 7 years. This place used to be really nice but the people moving in as renters are really bringing the place down. It used to be mostly buyers who cared about their property. Goin down hill fast.
