Print 247 delivered $3000 worth of incorrectly sized gift boxes that were unusable, and refused to refund me for their mistake. They did not meet specs that they signed. Horrible experience do not recommend

Emily always answers me same day, I need corrections and they make it happen. Today I had wrong file uploaded and they corrected for me same day!

Do NOT use Print 247. I lost $3,000 in product I could not use because they did not cut to the correct dimensions, don't waste your time

Disappointed with the entire experience and the money loss to my small business with an extremely limited budget. They created boxes not to the required sizing. We will never be using Print247 again, what a waste of time. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES FOR CUSTOM BOXES

They do not give refunds - and messed up a large order. Print 247 produced a large box order with incorrect sizing, admitted to the mistake, but refused to return the money for the unusable boxes

Please do not use their services, they would not refund back $3k in product we could not use due to their mistake

Terrible terrible experience — they’ve messed up 2 projects and i lost over $3k+ in poor quality product they created custom for me that did not meet the specs i signed off on, so i now cannot use 500 boxes and they refuse to acknowledge their mistake & issue any sort of refund.

DO NOT use their services, they do not follow specs — example, this insert was supposed to be 3.5” to tightly fit a card and it’s clearly not
