Priority 1 Warehouse reviews
10I had a good experience. Delivered at 7pm. Did not have to wait long for a door and offloaded in 45min.
In and out pretty quickly! Lots of room to back, but not so much when you first come in through the gate. It's a little tight when making that first turn
Got here at 1230pm load not due till 9 pm, was told they could get me in at 230pm, no problem go back in at 230 it’s shift change, they can’t do it until 9 they slammed and they look busy, no issue with this shift but why tell me to come back at 230? , oh you want a bribe, I see great way to do business.thx guys. I’ll just wait my time on this one but I will not forget.
Not a single star, worst delivery place and guys i have ever seen so far, very rude and unprofessional. Always keep lying. Only the Door 7 for unloading, It does not matter wats on papers, i mean the appt time. U have to keep eye on the dock 7. People keep on arguing over there turn. All have same time for appt. My Appt was 12noon on papers and still unloading at 15: 00. This place and door is packed with swift trucks.
Waited here for 8 long hours and the office staff didn't accept me 30 minutes early then my appointment time. Be careful to enter this facility. These people deal with Biagi and Gardner trucking so they will load and unload them before anyone else. Bad experience and will never pick up this load again.
This is my second time I dlvr here.both times I received the very best of care. Today Manuel, was working at receiving on Memorial Day weekend (Sunday) late afternoon. One of the nicest, caring people I have ever met. Thank you Manuel for your kind reception. Priority One is very lucky to have you & and I'm the lucky to have met you. God Bless.
Usually only one door available to unload. The fork hand is fairly fast, that's about the only good thing. It can be extremely crowded during the day, and trucks tend to park wherever they want to making the backing difficult.
We got there the night before our appointment and they took us and unloaded us super quick. This place is awesome.
These dockloaders are corrupt af. I accompanied a driver and we waited hours for them to unload us when they were not doing anything else. They were literally waiting for the driver to bribe them and the second he offered $ they were suddenly not "on break" and unloaded him in 25 minutes. Then they asked where their $20 was. The dispatcher said this place expects bribes and suggested to just pay them off. They were also all Mexican workers and other Mexican drivers were given priority, while drivers of other ethnicities were left waiting for hours. One African guy was so exhausted, a really sweet and humble guy, having driven all the way cross country and they left him waiting there for so long. The driver I was with is Indian and was given the same treatment. Drivers miss their next loads because of this and it affects hundreds of people down the line. These people are evil, dishonest, corrupt, lacking in integrity and common decency. An investigation is now underway of all Priority 1 warehouses. Better watch your backs, guys. Body cams are in place. We see you, and so do the authorities.
