Two experts came to update a previous visit. They explained, thoroughly, the problem and the heating system. This was a second visit, so there was no charge. I couldn't be more pleased.

Priority One is the best. We have been using them for years to maintain our air conditioning. We recently had an electrical issue that Roy, the boss, was able to troubleshoot and fix immediately. Can't say enough good things about the service we get from this company.

As a follow-up to our original review, we received a call from the owner of the company who was quite upset that we had been told they did not stand behind their work. Within an hour, Priority One had a technician come out who determined that the Motherboard had failed which is why the fan was no longer working. This is a new problem that I would not expect Priority One to cover. We appreciate their quick response and will continue to use them in the future.

On July 22,2022, a Priority One technician came to our house to repair our AC unit that was not working. As we suspected, the fan had burned out and needed to be replaced. The technician was very professional and replaced the fan - total bill came to $1724. Yesterday, Oct, 24th, less than 3 months from the repair, the AC unit stopped working again due to the fan failing. We called the company today and they told us they do not warranty the work, the parts, the fan, and for $95 they would send a technician out to evaluate the problem. We will never use this company again if they do not stand behind their work.

Recently had a new AC system installed in our Palm Springs condo. Justin did a great job of installing it but an electrical box which is attached to the compressor via a cable was just left lying on the ground.
Not the biggest problem. As part of the install I asked that a security cage be installed around the compressor which it was and for which I was charged $900 additional.
Upon my inspection of security cage I found it to be very cheaply made and rickety almost to the point of being able to rip it off by hand.
The cage isn't worth $90, nevermind $900.
I have 3 calls into the manager at their Palm Desert location requesting to return the security cage and get a refund and have yet to receive a call back. The latest is that he will call me back by the end of the day and this was at11am.
Obviously customer satisfaction is not a high priority. Too bad they chose to forego a long term customer in favor of a short term gain.

These guys do it right! Roy and his team are just a pleasure to work with. We had our entire system replaced in quick and efficient manner. They are true professionals and are very knowledgeable with any questions I had during the install process. VERY clean work.

Iam trying to obtain an estimate for a new ac system. I'm dealing with a realtor who referred me to them and after explaining my situation they could not wait till the next business day for my realtor to confirm. We all hate being scammed but this is extreme.

I have used priority one air conditioning for years, they are the best.
I just used their plumbing division and I can say that they live up to their air conditioning reputation. David from their plumbing division fixed our shower quickly, efficiently, and very cost effective. I would not hesitate to use David with plumbing again!

Simply the best!
We had a new heat pump installed and they took care of everything! Including arranging for inspections and rebates. This is a first class operation everyone that works there is professional and friendly.
I highly recommend this company.
And we love our new heat pump!

We were in desperate need for someone to help us out with a very bad & heavy shower leak. After calling Priority One, the company sent someone right away. Our service repair man was David Emert (I hope I'm spelling his name right) & as soon as he showed up he immediately alleviated our stress! He got the job taken care of right away BUT in addition to doing a fantastic job.he was just an overall great guy; sincerely nice & caring. I made sure to ask for his name so that I could write this review. If we need future repairs, we will definitely be requesting David Emert! I truly hope he gets recognition for being such an incredible asset to Priority One.

Just simply the best! Ive trusted these guys for 2 years now maintaining my 2 Ac units, never had an issue, they are always on time and professional. Today David and Jose installed a new 40gl water heater and all connections and parts were looking solid, they made sure the job was done right and not just quick. Scheduling was a breeze through Belle, Robert quoted me promptly and reasonably i never had to check other places. These guys are trustworthy and know what they are doing. A+ Team!

So I called them over after my AC stopped blowing cold air and he took a look at it and it said it was low on refrigerant so he put some more in and we thought it was that come a year later same problem occurs so I call all seasons ac heating and plumbing repair the first thing they do Is wash the condenser (big blowy thing outside) and just mud comes out turns out the reason it wasn’t cooling was because it was choking and now my system is way over charged and I had to deal with 4 days of a 105 degree house now granted it was my fault because I didn’t know you have to clean it but still 2 out of 5

Great local HVAC company, good prices, good people who obviously cared about our needs. First for HVAC service but then for new, couldn’t be happier. Good choice in a crowded field.

Roy and the crew at priority one our responsive and fair. My elderly dad lives within driving range at this company.
They’ve taken great care of my dad it makes me sleep a little better knowing that if something happens with my dad’s HVAC system in one of the hottest places on earth I can pick up the phone and get it taken care of quickly thanks Roy and your team

The service techician i had was Jhonatan Urbina. He was professinal he showed me what need to be fix and explain to me in detail. Answer any question I had. My AC is running great just in time for this summer heat.

Hired them after buying a place to install and start up a roof mounted swamp cooler. Tech came on time to check things out and to see what was needed. He came back on time. Installed the thermostat and then found out there was no water line. This should have been noticed on the inspection since they were hired to check out the system and get it running. Quoted 588 dollars to run a line from a hose bib to the swamp. Maybe 27.00 in parts and a little over an hour to install. We already spent 450 for a non running system but quoted 588 for a waterline is robbery. I could have done everything but after moving wanted someone else to do the job do I hired a "professional company". I am ending up finishing ehat I should have done in the first place. I would never hire nor recommend them because of this.

Paid $440 for 3 lbs of refrigerant and a condenser wash back on 5/11/20. A month later, 6/16/20 the AC unit is freezing up again (original reason why I called out a service by this company to begin with). I had to provide a ladder for the service technician to get up in my attic, absolutely ridiculous. I call to see what they can do since it’s only been a month and having issues, the “manager”, Louis calls me back and quotes either $275 to do a leak test which will require more refrigerant at $125 per pound. Then Louis says I should spend $8,000-10,000 on a complete new unit, without even coming out to look at my unit. This company is a complete joke. No warranty on work performed, they’re just one of those sleazy AC repair companies that take advantage of people. I looked online and they have brand new AC units from Home Depot (5 ton units) for $1,600-3,400 for a new split hunt using the cheaper refrigerant. Do your research, this company does not backup their work, try’s to push new $8,000-10,000 AC units on you and cannot even get out to your house in a timely manor when it’s 100+ degrees outside. What really is frustrating is before agreeing to have the 3 lbs of refrigerant installed, the tech said there was no leaks. I have been home only 4 days in the last month and now it’s frozen up again with a “possible leak” according to Louis.well seems like common sense to me that there is a leak somewhere since it’s already freezing up within a month at leas than 5 days of use. Very unprofessional.

Last night I had a friend show up to install a couple of nest thermostats, which he has done several times in the past. After the installation the two units would not function and he had called out priority one air-conditioning that he had used previously. The owner, Roy, showed up within the hour even though it was 8 PM. Within a short time the problem was diagnosed and Roy called a second technician to bring the necessary replacement fuses. A few minutes more and the units were up and functioning.
As an owner of a plumbing business and fourth generation PlumberI have a huge appreciation for talented and ethical service technicians. In our own business we strive to take care of people and that is exactly what Roy and Company did yesterday. Highly recommend these folks to anybody and thank you very for taking care,

We signed up for a maintenance contract. The service person Adrian explained everything about our air conditioner and heater. So nice and knew what he was doing. I would recommend them highly.
