I've had an account with them for about two-three years now. I'm going to be honest. They definitely need to work on being more efficient. I've had several loans with them and they drag their feet on everything. Very very slow. They definitely need to work on being more efficient & getting a response to their customers applying for products quicker. The times Ive applied for products Im the one that has to be calling everyday to check the status on things. Management needs to get it together and push their employees to do better. 2 days ago I called and spoke to a CSR named Luis to get some info on the priority guard checking where you can overdraw your account up to 1000. He stated he would email me forms but I have yet to see anything in my emails. Will it take an act of congress to get those forms sent to me? I'm sorry for acting like a complete Karen right now but this is ridiculous. I will definitely be closing my account once my loan is paid off. Nothing compared to schoolsfirst. Schoolsfirst will get back to you within 2-3 hours with a decision after applying for any kind of product they offer. That's what priority one needs. Efficiency.

Horrible experience received from this branch location. If you are looking for a friendly branch that is customer service driven, this is not the branch for you.

I’ve been a member for over a year now but only thing is wish they had Zelle like all other banks.
If can’t make it in, is there another way to make deposits?
