Priority Urgent Care

After suffering for two weeks with covid and no treatment offered from another urgent care I went in to Priority. The covid has advanced into my lungs but I was given three injections as well as medications to take at home. I'm feeling a little better this morning but more than that, I'm thankful that doctors care enough to help their patients get well. Regardless of vaccine status, they care about their patients. Thank you Marrissa and your team for caring for me. I truly feel blessed by you and all at Priority.

I went in this morning with a UTI and saw Marrissa again. She's amazing and so knowledgeable. She gave me some tips to help prevent these in the future. Priority has an easy on line appointment process and check in. I highly recommend this facility.

My husband and I both had appointments this morning. We met with Tyler and we are both very pleased with his diagnosis and treatment. He's very professional as well as knowledgeable. My husband is already feeling better. The appointment process is easy and I love being able to pick my own appointment time. The office staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating.

I met with Vicky this morning. She was so kind but professional. I have a prescription on its way and I'll feel much better very soon. Love Priority Urgent Care.

Opened right on time; no waiting in line for them to open the doors. That’s huge especially when your not feeling good. Staff and doctor’s are very friendly and thorough. Inside is very clean. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care.

Everyone at Priority Urgent Careon in Rosedale is amazing! The staff, nurses and Dr's genuinely concerned about how you feel and getting you diagnosed quickly. They have been so helpful with me over the last couple days.

The front office clerk was very nice and helped me fill out the intake form on my phone. The PA, Anna, was outstanding. I wish she was my primary doctor. She explained my illness and gave me a choice as to the possible remedies. We decided that she would give me a steroid and cough suppressant pills. She answered all my questions and was very cordial.

Great service, clean, friendly staff and up to date technology. Shantel I’m the front offered us masks and was very helpful with their new system of checking in. Kimberly, the assistant, was very welcoming and kind. Dr. Tyler Casavant was an exceptional help today in explaining to my son what is going on with his sickness, my son already feels better and I haven’t even delivered meds yet! The thoroughness of the office today obviously put my sick son’s mind at ease with his body hurting him. Kindness and true care was given to us today! This is what healthcare should be about, caring. This is our new urgent care home.

It’s a very fast and easy process to check in, the doctor was able figure out what was wrong with me from experience. I checked in and once the whole appointment was over, it took about 15 all together.

Came back to this urgent care after not successfully fixing my issue 3 times with another urgent care. Doctor was super friendly and prescribed medications, and didn’t just tell me to use something OTC. Also provided input on good primary doctors, which I desperately needed. Will continue to use this urgent care. Front desk staff also friendly and all paperwork could be completed electronically from the safety of my car.

Priority urgent care on Calloway is the best. I was able to easily make an appointment online to be seen the same day. The front desk staff were kind and efficient in getting me checked in, and my provider saw me quickly and was compassionate towards what I needed to be seen for. If you’re looking for an urgent care where you’re treated with respect and seen quickly, this is the place. This isn’t the first time I’ve gone to this location either, and the experience is the same regardless of who is working. Very impressed with their operations. Thanks for making my life easier during a difficult time.

The girls in registration were so sweet, the first nurse to bring us back was also a sweetheart! The doctor was ABSOLUTELY wonderful! The Dr was so kind to my son and was so kind and compassionate. However the last nurse who we got the discharge paperwork was so rude. I didn’t get her name but she was a short Latina girl. The doctor had told me I needed to keep my son home from school for the week because he was contagious and the doctors note the nurse gave me was wrong. So I explained to the nurse what the doctor had told me and the nurse started getting loud and irritated saying “OK ILL FIX IT BUT I CAN MAKE IT OUT FOR 3 DAYS” and I told her “ok do you wanna double check with the doctor because she said it was contagious and my son could not go back to school this week? ” Which she rudely and loudly responded “WELL IT DOESN’T EVEN MATTER BECAUSE I CAN ONLY MAKE THE NOTE FOR 3 DAYS SO IM NOT GONNA ASK. ” So I just said ok took the note and left. I think that was extremely rude and unprofessional of her to yell at me. I do not work there or know there policies. I was just going off what the doctor told me. There is a way to explain and talk to a patient. It sucks that everyone was so nice and she was SO rude and had a bad attitude Everyone else was super kind however. The doctor was fabulous!

I was amazed at how fast I was seen at Priority Urgent Care. The staff was very nice and professional along with the Physician. In and out within an hour max! This will be my my new Urgent care for any future medical needs. Thank you!

From the front desk staff to the dr my daughter and I were treated like we actually mattered. Everyone took the time and gave thorough information back. I will return to this location every time. Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter and giving me peace of mind.

Office was clean and not crowded when I arrived. I made an online appointment with ease. Front staff were friendly. The doctor was easy to speak to and willing to listen to my questions. Overall, I highly recommend Priority Urgent Care on Calloway if you are in urgent need and your regular doctor’s office is closed.

We have Kaiser insurance, and my Son and I went in this afternoon for a walk in visit to the Calloway and Meacham location. Our wait time to see the physician was 45 minutes, we were well informed. The service from the minute we walked in to check in, to waiting in the car, to seeing the physician and the MA and check out was absolutely fantastic. Over the top service and patient experience. Also, followed up with a phone call from the office this evening.

Since the beginning of the year we've had nothing but issues with this location. 3 of my family members have gone and we've been billed and they took funds out of our account for not billing correctly. Each visit should've been covered fully by insurance but they would take out over $400+ from our account to wait to be refunded each time. Also the doctors proscribed medication to my children that was stated they're allergic to.

I love this urgent care! I’m a hot mess with 3 kids and always seem to forget my insurance card/debit card/ID, but the front desk ladies are awesome and always figure it out for me! The doctor is also quick & to the point. The wait time is worth it!

2 Family members of mine recently were seen by this urgent care. Both with respiratory symptoms. They were swabbed for COVID (results were negative) and both were told that if they did not have COVID then there was nothing that the doctor would do for them, specifically they were told "just let whatever you have run its course". No rule out of other respiratory infections or causes of their symptoms. Just simply, if you don't have COVID then we can't help you. How was a differential diagnosis ruled out? What is the cause of their symptoms? How can they treat their illness at home? Guess we will never know. Inadequate health care if you ask me.

The PA that has seen us these last two times was excellent! I don’t know her name- she has beautiful long brown/black hair & I ️Her eyelashes!

She was very thorough, a good listener, and I felt I received optimal care! We have gone there since it opened, and have felt confident in going there!

All the med techs are so friendly and kind and even though you’re not feeling well, waiting for a room doesn’t seem so long!

This was my first visit at this facility. It was clean, the PA was thorough, and the I was able to track my waiting time. The facility was clean and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

This doctor was quick but definitely listened to my worries and addressed all my issues. He was very prompt and made sure I understood all info given. I would recommend this doctor and urgent care facility to any and all people who have a need to be seen

Had to come in to get a pre- Covid check for surgery scheduled next week. As I understand all surgery requires a pre COVID screen before surgery… Go Brandon!
This is a very nice facility with great employees.
I was a walk in without a appointment. You first walk in, sign up and wait in your car for them to call you back in. The whole process took one hour. I’m happy and want to acknowledge their staff. Ashley at front desk was wonderful at helping me with their log in process.
