We’ve been using Pristine Plumbing for the last two years for all our plumbing needs, and they have been nothing short of spectacular! From small jobs, to major replacements they have been nothing but consummate professionals at every turn.

Elias and the staff at Pristine Plumbing are amazing. They are professional. They were on time and thorough. Elias listened to the problem, inspected the area and developed an action plan and solution. Elias looked professional and explained the entire process. This company has earned all my future plumbing work and I highly recommend this company. A+ and 5 stars!

The pipe behind the drywall in my house was leaking so I've reached out to them for repair. They told me if the tech come right now, it'd be consider an emergency and will be $189 fee. I asked them what's other availability, and they didn't respond, and just said tech is available right now. I figure sure why not, they are eager to make the fee, and I am eager to get it fix. The tech arrived, took a few look and told me they can't do anything or even figure out where the problem is, because the leaking is behind the wall, and they need to me to hire someone to test for asbestos before they can open up the wall. They gave me a bunch of analysis, which is essentially what I've already told them. I was charged for a $189 fee even though they've done absolutely nothing except showing up. I am fine paying for the emergency fee under the premise that they can do something that I couldn't myself. If they can't diagnose pipe behind drywall, then this whole thing wouldn't have happen had they simply asked me the age of my home, and listen to me for the fact that leaking is behind the wall. I ended up hired somebody who actually know what they are doing. In addition, I had them installed Irrigation Plastic Control Valve in Feb, and the thing busted and leak by August. Sure, they fixed it under warranty for me, but the whole thing costed me over $3500, and I question their work's longevity. I will change my primary plumber to somebody more capable since this whole incident.

Tyler was great! He got the water heater working quickly and solved the many issues with it. He helped come up with a better maintenance plan.

Pristine Plumbing has been great! We have called them out a couple times over the years and they’ve always been thorough and quick. Elias is great over there! He did great work and offered recommendation on things I wasn't even considering based on how we use our water and the systems we have. Definitely recommend this company.

I had a very positive experience today with Pristine Plumbing. Jim took care of everything, leaving all of our sinks in perfect working order. He even went above and beyond by removing built-up sediment and fixing some faulty faucet handle installation, all problems that bothered me but not enough for me to find someone who could actually fix them. But now it’s all in tip-top shape. Helps to have true professionals who take pride in their work—highly recommend this company for their professionalism and digging deeper. Thanks again!

They are pretty good at what they do but they are a bit slow to get the work done. But overall I am happy with their quality of work and professionalism.

Bad experience with Ilai. They will rip you off as much as they can since they know you won’t use them again

I had a leaking drainage pipe from my washing machine. Tyler came out (next day) and quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the situation clearly and fixed the problem effectively. A couple days later after the water remediation crew (different company) was done with their part of the job I noticed my dryer had a big dent in it. No hassle, Tyler came out and helped me fix it. I appreciate him going the extra mile to make things right even though it may not have been his fault. Highly recommend Tyler at Pristine Plumbing.

Honest plumbing company. Cameron took the time to thoroughly explain our issues and all the possible way to address them. We were his last call, on a cold rainy night, but he took his time and was careful and precise. I would highly recommend.

Update 7-3-23: Had Cameron come out again, and was very happy with the work he did for us. He is very competent and meticulous.
