Great experience. Very knowledgeable. As someone who has had many different physical therapy experiences, I would say this was top notch!

I went to PRN for a rotator cuff issue and the physical therapists helped me to slowly build muscle and correct my posture to alleviate pain. The subtle exercises were really helpful and all of the therapists and assistants were kind and professional. The at-home exercise program I was given is really doable and I have noticed results. I will go back to PRN if I ever have another issue or injury.

PT, staff and organization treated me with kindness, patience and encouragement as I improved my shoulder flexibility and strength. I highly recommend PRN Physical Therapy.

I recently completed a few months of physical therapy at PRN for a shoulder injury. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff at PRN. From Day 1, they treated me with respect and held me to a high standard in order to push myself towards recovery. In just a few short months, I went from hardly being able to use my shoulder to being nearly pain-free and having near full range of motion. Special thanks to Heather, Kate, Stephen, and Aiden, along with the rest of the team who made it their mission to see me heal. I highly recommend PRN to anyone in the San Diego area!

Dr. Heather, Dr Kate, and Aiden were assigned to me and they were all so wonderful, kind, and caring for all my needs during the entire process. They always cared deeply about how I was doing, and they all did an incredible job! My lower back made a 100% recovery and I am now back in the gym to my normal self!

PRN is the place I will continue to choose in the future because of the experience and dedication they have to their work. Mike, Kate and Casey were my therapist this time around. All had their unique approach to my issue yet I was given the same exercises by all and got amazing results.
My job now is to continue the dedication they have to their work with the exercises they gave me to do at home.

Great place for Physical Therapy. Have gone to them for three procedures. Great atmosphere and a great team of therapist.

Casey Russell, DPT is a true, personable professional. Casey explained every step in the physical therapy (the exercise as well as what muscles were being targeted) and stopped the exercise when I asked. Casey has restored my knee as well as my trust in the medical profession (after a medical mistake 30+ years ago).

The staff is very competent and friendly. I came in with a frozen shoulder and after a few sessions I already notice a significant improvement of my range of motion. Thanks, I'm very pleased!

Brandon Irons, director of Physical Therapy at PRN in this Hillcrest location, runs an excellent physical therapy operation! The other physical therapists are also dedicated to getting results and it shows. I worked with Kate, Lilly, Carrie, and Daisy also and they all brought some special angle to the experience. The whole studio is intimate, professional and friendly. Even when they are busy, you will receive excellent one-on-one therapy and they take a genuine interest in your progress.

Each therapist contributes something different to your experience. For example, Carrie was really good about reminding me of good form when doing the exercises.

Rosie at the reception is warm and happy to help you with scheduling.

I can highly recommend getting your physical therapy here. I am a doctor and I was impressed by the results I achieved after 15 weeks of therapy for my rotator cuff surgery.

My only criticism concerns the parking garage. It is tight and often crowded so it is best to allow some extra time for that in order to arrive at your appointment on time. This, of course, has nothing to do with their practice although it will be part of your experience if you drive there.

I was referred here for chronic neck and shoulder pain. The staff here is wonderful; very caring and competent. I am feeling better since I started treatment here and highly recommend PRN.

I’ve been attending PTs for year and this was the worst experience ever. Ok PTs, but very unprofessional staff. I’d not waist my time. Many excellent alternatives in the area.
