We really appreciate how thorough the notes that our technician provides every time he comes over to do the service (William McKenzie). He is also always very respectful and nice. The first time he came over (due to a couple of cockroaches I found in the kitchen area), he explained the different types of cockroaches and which ones I should be particularly wary of. I am still very paranoid about the possibility of seeing any kind of pests around the house, I also have some peace of mind knowing that I can always call in case I do see one.

Proactive pest control is an amazing company. I have used them for several years now. I really couldn’t imagine not having a service at this point. It really is a good value. The best thing I like about corrective pest-control is that they have great customer service. They understand the customer relationship.

Titus came out this morning for our first service. He explained the services he would be providing for today and what they would do the next time they are out. He was very helpful in cleaning all webs outside and helping us with a mice problem we been having. He was polite in asking if there any questions and any other concerns that we had before leaving. Great job and will definitely recommend Proactive if searching for pest control.
